this was legit their receipt confirmation. I can't.

I got a bill for our appt with no return envelope or way to pay online. I called and paid over the phone. I said yes I would like a receipt. This is what they sent. Becky didn't even have a last name, signature, confirmation. Literally, just this. I cannot express enough how ridiculous and unprofessional this place is!

Amazing staff and care, my daughter's ear molds are always a perfect fit!

Dr Mary and staff are great. I've had hearing aids for 40 years, she including the staff and resident doctor are efficient and kind.

They assured us that they were in-network and our policy covers the hearing aids 100%. Months later we receive a bill for the "balance" after insurance paid them their contracted rate. This practice is illegal. They were supposed to accept the payment from insurance and write off the rest. I am a nurse with some case management experience plus having a medically complicated son makes me extremely adept in insurance matters. I called Blue Cross and now they are dealing with these people directly. I'm sure we're not the first to be fraudulently billed. I think they do this hoping people are unaware and end up paying something they're not responsible for. update: i called them myself since they've been giving my insurance the run around. receptionist now tells me that the bill is not necessarily for me to pay but just a notification that our account is still open. i uploaded a pic of the bill that has a stamp at the bottom saying PLEASE SEND PAYMENT. what a joke. now she said she will verify and call me back. i bet if i had called to make a payment she would have gladly taken a credit card number to charge. will update review if and when she does call back. shady shady shady.

I went ahead and did as I was told. The lady who did my test was weird old lady. Anyhow I turned out to have hearing loss. She showed me a few hearing aids and said they cost $3000. I told her that I would like to talk to my general doctor first. When I went to discuss my experience with my doctor the office manager told me that why did I pay cash. You could have gotten an Auth. She also told me that if you have medi-cal you can not be charged by a doctors office. She went on to say that this was illegal and that I should report hearing resource to medi-cal. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I am low income and this outfit just wants to think of themselves. Beware of this place.

Jacqueline is very conscientious with her job but her best asset is the way she takes care of me when I come to her with a problem with my hearing aids. She is patient and always tries to explain whatever the problem is to solve it.

I asked about filtering out background and trigger sounds. Alyssa looked me straight in the face and told me hearing aids don't do that. They amplify sounds- all sounds, period. End of story and suggested maybe I was in the wrong place. "It doesn't sound like you want hearing aids". I was a newbie, scared and confused and she was condescending and hostile. I asked about a custom mold and she said she wouldn't do it. Basically she wanted me to just accept it out of the box. When I tried on a demo, the background sounds were overwhelming. She offered me no assurance they could be adjusted. In fact, she told me basically deal with it or don't get the hearing aids. Same thing when I heard my own voice booming in my ear with a time delay. Take it or leave it. Didn't offer me the option of uploading a music program to address that (which i found out online existed). I could not have had a worse experience. I am taking my money and going to an audiologist. For what it's worth, the front desk person, Jonathan was exceptionally kind and wonderful.

We were lucky enough to receive a referral to Dr Weissman, who was in her network. He has amazing bedside manners, cracks little jokes here and there, broke down EVERYTHING into layman's terms so that my Yaya could understand how the hearing aid functioned/what to expect. Healthcare needs more providers like Dr Weissman, who truly cares about every one of his patients and takes the time to make sure you realize it. Based on one of his stories, I think he's been doing this for over 25 years..so I'm PRETTY sure he knows what he's doing. I've been to 3 appointments: 1. ALWAYS takes his appointments as scheduled (never ran late)..so be on time! 2. Clean/up to date office 3. Friendly Staff 4. Surprisingly, very quiet and calm office..despite the majority of clientele being deaf lol Would HIGHLY recommend this audiologist to anybody!
