Listen to the other bad reviews!…read more Buyer beware. This business charges a $500 restocking fee -- even when the mistake is theirs. I was never informed about this fee, was explicitly told it's a trial with free return during that period, and I was pressured to sign an agreement on the spot without being given time to read or understand it, which is outright illegal. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Dr. Brienne Honan falsely claimed I was told about the fee, even though she wasn't even present when I signed. She appears willing to say whatever is necessary to protect the business, regardless of the truth. I returned to the office over nine times because I still couldn't hear in real-world settings (non-Bluetooth), and they still couldn't fix the issue. So I asked for something covered by my insurance to which they said no - they only want to sell Phonak and oticon. They have no empathy and did not care that I was crying to them that I couldn't hear (wouldn't even offer a tissue from the box on her desk). After spending thousands of dollars and receiving no real support, I can't in good conscience recommend this place. The manipulation, dishonesty, and lack of accountability speak volumes. Dr. Honan does not have the attitude for customer-facing service. She escalated and made everything worse.

Meaning, but for those resources (people, documentaries, etc), you'd be without access to valuable information. Dr. Grija is an internist who now offers wellness care services that include options to help you jump start or enhance your current routine and eating habits. I went in to discuss non-surgical options to tone and target my trouble areas: upper arms and inner thighs. I've worked with trainers and once weights or resistance was added, and felt the areas became bigger so I walked away disappointed and frustrated. Kickboxing helped improve my thigh woes but I don't like it. So I went in to hear more about Sculpsure and learned about a different, less expensive option, Microcurrent. Neutrosis/Microcurrent was recommended by Dr Grija along with other lifestyle adjustments to help me achieve my long term goal of better appearance in those areas. I've had one session so far and I'd describe it as 500-1000 push ups and leg kicks in 60 min. The intensity is based on your tolerance. I believe I was at 7 out of 10. But there's no guide because we're all different. Reportedly, when combined with a healthy regimen, contouring/toning is reportedly apparent rather quickly (a few weeks) provided you're going 2-3 per week. I'll update my review after I've completed the recommended sessions but in terms of accessibility, responsiveness, ease of scheduling appointments and answering questions, Dr. Grija is a class act.

Dr. Jaramillo is the most caring and attentive doctor I've ever had, in addition to being easy to talk to and very respectful. She even gave me a lift home when I was her last patient of the day. I have more appointments with Dr. Jaramillo than with other past doctors (a few times a year instead of once), and while I don't prefer to spend my time sitting in waiting rooms, it just proves her genuine concern for my wellbeing. Dr. Jaramillo never seems to turn away a walk-in, but try to make an appointment if you can. The weekday evening and the Saturday hours are very convenient for those with a 9-5 job. Note that her office is now located at Division and Rockwell, not on Western. There is a parking lot behind the building (through the alley off of Rockwell) if you want to drive.
