I am extremely grateful for the work that the guys from Alfredo Miguel Maintenance completed at my…read morehouse. When I sent the pictures of my brass pipes to some contractors, they simply stopped responding. In comparison, Alfredo's crew came out, took a look, and then completed the work two days later with no fuss, and no muss. I am thankful for their dedication to getting the work finished, and making sure to keep me updated from day to day about the completion status of the work. The crew installed a key valve, since my old brass pipes were connected directly to my main water line without a shut off valve, they cut out the old brass pipes that had corroded and sealed themselves on to the PVC pipe for the sprinklers, they replaced all of the valves with new anti-siphon valves, and made sure all of them were in excellent working condition. Importantly, they also took the time to install new covers so my pipes will be protected from the sun. My sprinklers were a mess, and I now feel like they are ready to last me for years.

Alfredo responded to my request for a quote quickly and he and his brother came to our house to look over the project. We have a small yard,so we had a hard time finding a landscaper to come out to give us a bid. Alfredo gave us a bid right then and there and also set up a date to start the work. An entire crew showed up on the day agreed upon. They had all the equipment and materials. They spent the entire day working, removing bushes, updating and rerouting our sprinklers and drip irrigation system. They brought in new plants, river rock, red humus and even built two garden boxes out of red wood. The crew was respectful of our property and our neighbors as well. We were pleasantly surprised when they chose to wrok until 8pm (on a very hot day) to complete the project. A few days later, I contacted Alfredo because our sprinkler clock was not working properly. He stopped by that day and replaced the clock. Now our new garden, plants and grass are being watered on schedule. We were pleased with the price, the work and the professionalism of this crew. We recommend them to anyone looking for landscape and maintenance work.

They didn't put safety cones out for people who were out walking by the property. 2. They didn't have signs on the road letting people who drove by that they were working on trees. 3. Some of their crew who were in the drop zone weren't wearing hard hats. 4. They were dismissive and rude when these things were brought up to them. 5. Their chipper was in the middle of the street and when they were asked to move it out of the way for traffic, they got indignant and rude. 6. When they moved their chipper they almost hit a neighbor's car that was on the street. And last but definitely not least... 7. When they were done on the property... the drove by our house and flipped up off... our security cameras even caught it! I have half a mind to call OSHA and make a report against them for safety violations. Do NOT do business with them. I'd rather have an arborist in-training with a pole saw than these people!

However, I didn't mind because they were the only ones that had it in stock. When i went to use the product the seal was extremely hard to remove, it felt like it was almost melted on top of the bottle. When i shook the bottle it sprayed all over. I tried several times and it splattered everywhere. When i emptied the bottle into a different container the bottom of the bottle was a hard one inch thick of nutrient that was solid. This was obviously old for all the reasons i stated. I've been growing for over 50 years and never seen this before. The manager,Danny, said its the manufactures responsibility not theirs. I did business with them not the mfg. My advise, don't buy their old products that sit to long on the shelf.
