We had an extremely negative experience with 550 Pro Landscaping. They did not honor their contract with regards to timing of the project, leaving the job idle for six weeks despite multiple requests to return and complete the project. They gave us dates they would return but did not show up or communicate with us in any way. They finally came back AFTER the completion date listed on the contract to complete the job and restore our neighbor's fence, which had been down for more than three months (our neighbor is an absolute saint). Additionally, the quality of the work they did may be structurally sound, but is visually vey unattractive. We shared with them our dissatisfaction with the appearance of their work and that we were embarrassed to invite others into our yard to see it. They did not respond in a professional way in any of the multiple attempts on our part to address the issue. The low point was a company representative verbally threatening me in my driveway while my husband was in the house on a business call. Additionally, they damaged our pool coping as part of their work. When we looked at it together, 559 told me that it "gave the yard character" and later threw a near-tantrum and yelled "You probably are going to want us to replaced the damaged bricks!" This is not how to communicate that you care about your client. This communicates that you don't care about leaving the job in good order (as detailed on the contract). Our experience with them was the complete and total opposite of professional. We remain unsatisfied with their work and deeply disappointed in their treatment of us. I can say without equivocation that choosing to hire 559 Pro Landscaping was the worst business decision of my lifetime. We gave them 7 years of savings to remodel our yard and are extremely disappointed in the result. Even worse, they treated us very disrespectfully. I strongly recommend hiring a company other than 559. read more

I reached out to 559PL for an estimate on a front and/or backyard project, and Danny and Chase came to my home to review the work. They were very professional and seemed to have this sort of comedian (Danny) and straight man (Chase) routine that was kinda charming. They displayed a range of knowledge about options for our project and offered helpful alternatives to our own ideas. They were also willing to answer frank questions about their company and process, which was impressive. Unfortunately their estimate was a little more than what we wanted to pay, but I have nothing negative to say about their professionalism and attention to detail. 559 PL did my landscaping 2 years ago this June. I took time to write this review to make sure that things worked. Timeliness: I contacted ~ 10 landscaping companies. Only 5 got back to me. Only 3 came out to give me an estimate, and Chase was quick and thorough with the estimate. Value: 559 PL was the highest of the 3 estimates, so I spent more than I had planned, but I went with them because of the thoroughness of the estimate and the transparency. I already had a landscape design, and I wanted certain things for my backyard - drought resistant plants and shrubs but also bird-attracting trees. Chase came through, 2 years later and 95% of my hundreds of plantings (including 7 trees) are thriving. And he will bring mature plantings, so it doesn't take 30 years to have a mature backyard landscape. My mom's herb garden had a monster tomato plant that must have thrived with the soil amendments that Chase uses. Finally, she is thrilled to have such active herbs. Integrity: The electric outlet kept tripping my parent's hot water heater every time it rained. So for 9 months, it worked, and then during the rainy season, the problem restarted. Chase brought in a new electrician, and fixed the problem, even though it had been 2 years since install. The peace of mind working with a business owner who stands by his product is priceless for me. I don't usually do reviews, and i certainly don't give 5 star reviews (there is usually always some feedback), but I feel 559 PL deserves it. I highly recommend 559 PL. read more

I saw a coupon on the Fresno Bee a few weeks ago so decided to call 559 Pro Clean and get my very dusty windows & patio doors done. I'd read a couple of Yelp reviews that sounded pretty good. Well, I'm really happy with the excellent work they did!! All my windows are sparkling clean and they were very prompt for my appointment. Chase, the owner came with James and they both did a careful, solid job. I got a great deal too-very reasonable. Very friendly & professional. Chase told me they can also clean rain gutters, ceiling fans, as well as Solar panels. For many years I did my own windows as I got to them, but it's such a great feeling to have someone who really knows what they are doing get them done in 2 or 3 hours. read more

We hired 559 Pro Landscape to landscape and design and our entire front and back yard. I'll start off by saying how extremely impressed I was in how professional they were and how they were able to communicate so well during the whole process. They took the time to go through every little detail with us and make sure they knew exactly what we wanted. So we chose 559 pro landscape to do our revamp project in our backyard after getting several other bids. We chose them based on the customer service just during the quote process. Any question we had they had an answer for quickly, and most of time it was in person. Not to many companies out there like that anymore. So during the project any question we had were addressed quickly and reassured that everything would come out just as planned. The guys are so respectful and polite and do great work. I am beyond pleased with the finished product. So after the project was done I also went with the lawn maintenance they have to offer. I originally reached out to 559 Pro Landscape to do a job I am estimating would have cost between $6,000-10,000...planting 4 trees and the addition of a small amount of sod. I even found the trees locally and had the nursery hold them for 559. Welp, met with them twice and kept contacting them every few days for an estimate... every time I would contact them they would assure me they would have the estimate ready in a few days...4 weeks later they still couldn't manage to get that estimate to me. Very disappointed that they wasted 4 weeks of my time, as I could have hired another company to give an estimate and actually complete the work in that time. I can't rate their actual performance in landscaping because they never followed through. Based on their lack of ability to follow through on a simple job, I would not recommend them. read more

This would be a no star rating if possible. We schedule to have our windows cleaned in early July after seeing a sticker on the Fresno Bee advertising their services. Of course they were booked up but we were willing to wait until Aug 1 for my dads house that has only 7 windows. His ad said 20 windows with screens for $149. He verified it would be the same price. On July 31 he called and reschedule our Aug 1 appt to Aug 2 stating he had an early Aug 2 standing daily window washing job at 6am and he would be at the house at 7 am. At 7:30 I called and left a message and told them not to bother with rescheduling. We had no contact today to indicate he was expected later than 7 am. And we couldn't schedule for later in the morning as we had schedule dr appts. If this is how one does their business then steer clear. A phone call this morning would have been nice. read more

Danny and his son came out on a late notice and did some work on our lawn. Our home was TP'd in addition to our home needing a major cleanup. With work and school and 3 children, we try to keep up as best as we could. My husband is a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps in which, Danny took notice. We hired them for lawn service and had a terrible experience. We thought they would be great considering they came out to give us a quote right away and was very friendly. The very minimum was done on our yard and weeds were left in the flower beds. We have a hill in the backyard and it was consistently full of weeds as only small portions were weeded weekly although this was not what was discussed and agreed upon. Fast forward a month or so and my husband contacted Chase about the bill since he was a no-call no-show. Chase told him that the last time he was there was his last visit. He said that we needed to find another lawn service provider because our hill was "too hard" (really?) and he didn't want to do it anymore. This put us in a bad position as we live in an area that is difficult to get lawn care services. Long and short, minimal effort work and then they bailed on us without notice in an area with little options. read more

Here's the story. I have this going with BBB. They are not an A+ rating. Bertha at BBB stated they maintain that if they respond. Well, you better watch this one. First off, they have 2 profiles on BBB. Their reviews are not as good as you think. Here's what they did to me. First off, I hired them to clean my windows inside and out when they also started as my gardener for my 3 houses. They did not take out the screens, nor clean the tracks. As for the gardening, I told them right away I wanted my shrubs pretty manicured, that's just the way I like them. They should have told me right off if they could not do that. 20 minutes TOPS each week. Obviously things did NOT get done. Kept blowing debris in the pool even after my husband asked nicely to not do that. We have nice fescue and they would leave multiple edge marks over time. It was always RUSH RUSH RUSH. I paid them on 4/2 for $360, which they cashed immediately which was for the 3 houses for April. I sent them a text about the issues and was ignored. They did not show up the next week, so I then texted the son (dad seemed to be in charge). I got a text back and they said "sorry this isn't going to work out". There went my $360. They DISAPPEARED!. I filed with BBB and now they are saying the payment was for March (NOT!) and that I owe them $180 which they will forget about if I remove the feedback I am leaving on the internet. Wow! For that, I now plan to take them to small claims court. It's not about the money, it's about what is doing the right thing by letting other people know not to deal with these people. read more

They got us an estimate within an hour of reaching out to them and showed up exactly when they said they would the following day to complete the project.
