If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! Since we moved into our house (8 years ago), we knew we needed to update the landscaping. We held off and did other projects instead. We slowly took all the old, yucky bushes out. When it was time to plant new things, we didn't know what would grow best, what wouldn't have a million bees (like our last shrubs right next to the pool), what plants would look best together, etc. Right away after calling Natural Landscaping, Jessica followed up and brought a drone by to get images of our front and backyard. From the images, she designed an outline of ideas for our backyard and front area and showed them to us via a Zoom meeting. She was so helpful and sweet. She has a fabulous eye for design, which is wonderful. After that, we had a few decisions to make about plant selections and we spoke with Ryan (their human plant dictionary). He had so many specific plant recommendations for different ideas we had. He spent time with us to know what we were looking for. They were able to schedule us well within the window of time they estimated (a few weeks earlier in fact) and got our job done quickly. Their team of guys worked hard and were so friendly and respectful of all property. Nothing was broken. No trash or cigarettes left behind. Although we were originally looking only to put plants in the backyard, we ended up doing the following: FRONT YARD: Removing and replacing 3 trees Removing existing hedges and replacing with boxwoods Pouring concrete to make a front porch area Removed all random shrubs & ugly plants and replaced with beautiful plants that compliment each other Installed a drip system to everything and even fixed some sprinklers for the lawn BACKYARD: Built a garden area with planter boxes, rocks and pavers Planted new greenery and plants around the entire yard Planted 5 trees and a cool succulent area with amazing rock accents The mulch looks great. The drip system is WAY better than what we had previously. We couldn't be more excited about all the work and how it turned out! My husband was hesitant about paying people to plant plants and install drip because he can technically do that, but he was SO happy we ended up hiring people who knew SO much about plants, how to plant them with all the things they need to stay alive, and to just take care of all the odds and ends that would have taken us at least a year (of weekend projects). It took them 3 days and boom, done!! We added some solar lights and string lights a few days and our space looks so inviting and different from how it's been the last 8 years!! We bought a new construction home in Riverstone and needed to do our backyard. We went with Natural Landscaping because our neighbor referred us to them. I first met with Kelly for the initial appointment then Jessica took over from there. Jessica was amazing to work with. She met with us numerous times to make sure we liked the design. Then she helped us submit the HOA paperwork. She is one of the sweetest and most helpful people we've met through this entire process. Her dad, Brad, is the owner and he is extremely knowledgeable about all things landscaping!!!!! Ryan was the foreman that was on the job and he was able to answer all our questions. He's extremely knowledgeable about plants and helped us choose the best ones. We were put at ease knowing that Brad, Jessica, and their foreman Ryan we're taking care of us. We hired Natural Landscaping to move our sprinkler manifold, put in new drip lines all throughout our backyard, and to repair our drains in the backyard. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and their project lead, Ryan. They were so thorough, particular, and detailed. Our drains ended up being a big problem with lots of Redwood tree roots and they did such a great job digging up and redoing our drains in the RIGHT way. I am so glad that we hired them because they did it right and didn't take the easy way out even though it was a lot more work. I had my lawn done by this company months ago and wanted to wait to put my review in after the weather had the chance to test the lawn. Rain, dogs, children, leaves, hot/cold weather and everything Fresno could throw at it had not changed the perfection that is my artificial lawn yet. I am happy I found this company to install the lawn and would do business with them again in the future. The product does seem to hold up really well so far. The rep that came to my house and helped with the estimate was professional and a pleasure to work with. The installation crew which I did not get a chance to know as much except for a brief time before the job started did a wonderful job. The whole crew was respectful of my possessions and property, they did a good job installing the lawn and got it done faster than the proposal. Brad was great to work with. From the beginning, he listened to what we were looking for. He made changes to his original design to incorporate some of our ideas, but spoke up and explained why some ideas would not work. He works with high quality, qualified people. We had our sidewalk redone and our driveway widened. They both look great. We had nearly everything removed from our front yard and replaced with drought tolerant plants in rock gardens, a dry river bed and synthetic grass. This is the only company in the area that uses Tiger Turf, which is the best looking synthetic grass we have ever seen or felt, and it stays cool so it is safe for pets. There were many different styles, colors, and thicknesses to choose from. We liked it so well that we added to our plans and had it installed in our back yard. The final touch was the LED lighting that he installed. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
