The company has been trying to contact him for months and he will not answer, when i told him about it he told me he will have it paid in 2-3 days. When I tried following up with him after he stopped replying to my text and still does not answer his phone. This is a horrible business, if you are currently getting work done do NOT fully pay him until you know all material he used is paid for! We also ordered a pizza oven we paid for and he said would have within two week which was in NOVEMBER the pizza oven never came he offered a refund I told him yes I want one because it was already January at that point he said he would give one but when it always comes down to it he starts to ghost me and not respond to text or calls. Now let's talk about the work, he did get majority of the work done then on November 22 his last day here he said he'll be back next week to clean up and do the final work and he never showed up again. He wouldn't respond for weeks then say he'll be here on a certain day then the same thing again. He left a mess soda cans and other trash along with the all the debris from work he done left poles he used for irrigation and chipped some of my cement while setting up turf. After paying thousands of dollars in work last thing you should be doing is cleaning up the mess left behind!! In the process of doing the kitchen island he and his workers stained my cement up with with concrete, he also left chunks of concrete thru the property even poured concrete on my trees roots. The islands trash can is crooked, there's gaps where the appliances are the stove top doesn't lay flat. I brought all that up to him and nothing has been done. Communication was great at first he seemed like a good guy but I do not recommend this company Joseph Garzon did not pay for materials used now my house has a lien and he is dodging all calls. Quality: The quality of the work is acceptable. Some of the stuff (360 sprinkler) stopped working but it's acceptable as I was promised 1 year of warranty post completion of the project. Service: Whats that!!!? Joseph promised one year of warranty and service after completion of the project. He never came back to complete the project. Communication: Again Joseph haven't answered my calls in almost an year, so that should answer the level of communication you can expect. Communication unresponsiveness started from Jospeh started when we paid him advance money. Joseph would look straight in your eyes, shake your hand and promise you that he will be back with his whole team the next day, but it will not happen. Costing: Pablo provided an extremely aggressive quote! In some cases a few grand cheaper than competitors. Price agreement : Pablo is understanding and open to conversations about cost. The detailed itemized price proposal made it easy to inquire about things like types of turf and how to be more cost efficient with the amount of cement we wanted. Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. They even installed a door leading to my backyard at no additional cost. Result: we are extremely happy with the result and how great it makes my front and backyard look. Manuel and his team were able go above and beyond to bring a massive change to my home. Manuel and his crew are dedicated and have a tremendous attention to detail. Manuel got rid of overgrown bushes, grass, weeds, and a tree to make room for a large amount of concrete connecting the front and backyard. Also cementing a curb around the back, fixing all the irrigation front and back and adding drip. Weed barrier was laid down below the mulch. Several wood fence posts were replaced, and Manuel was able to have a painter come in and paint the block wall. New sod was installed. Needless to say Manuel was a one stop shop rather than having several different contractors onsite. Manuels expertise came in an honest fashion as mother nature put a bit of a delay on the project. Manuel did not rush just to get a job done, he wanted to ensure the project was complete and to my expectations. This all came at a very competitive and valuable price. This project was worth every penny and I will call Manny in the future for any projects I need or refer him to anyone who needs work done.

Alfredo responded to my request for a quote quickly and he and his brother came to our house to look over the project. We have a small yard,so we had a hard time finding a landscaper to come out to give us a bid. Alfredo gave us a bid right then and there and also set up a date to start the work. An entire crew showed up on the day agreed upon. They had all the equipment and materials. They spent the entire day working, removing bushes, updating and rerouting our sprinklers and drip irrigation system. They brought in new plants, river rock, red humus and even built two garden boxes out of red wood. The crew was respectful of our property and our neighbors as well. We were pleasantly surprised when they chose to wrok until 8pm (on a very hot day) to complete the project. A few days later, I contacted Alfredo because our sprinkler clock was not working properly. He stopped by that day and replaced the clock. Now our new garden, plants and grass are being watered on schedule. We were pleased with the price, the work and the professionalism of this crew. When I sent the pictures of my brass pipes to some contractors, they simply stopped responding. In comparison, Alfredo's crew came out, took a look, and then completed the work two days later with no fuss, and no muss. I am thankful for their dedication to getting the work finished, and making sure to keep me updated from day to day about the completion status of the work. The crew installed a key valve, since my old brass pipes were connected directly to my main water line without a shut off valve, they cut out the old brass pipes that had corroded and sealed themselves on to the PVC pipe for the sprinklers, they replaced all of the valves with new anti-siphon valves, and made sure all of them were in excellent working condition. Importantly, they also took the time to install new covers so my pipes will be protected from the sun. My sprinklers were a mess, and I now feel like they are ready to last me for years.
