I requested a quote through Yelp. Chris responded right away. Came out for a quote and was doing the work within a few days. His quote was very reasonable. He is easy to communicate with. Very responsive to texts. He went above my expectations. I am so happy with the way my yard looks. But I am most impressed with how well he knew the name if every plant, how to trim it, and what time of year was best to do the trimmings. His guys are very pleasant too, which is important to me. He says he will fix my lawn and rid it of weeds and I have no doubt it will be beautiful in no time. He is willing to treat my trees and get rid of all the pests in the routine maintenance. Chris came out to fix a broken sprinkler within two hours of our phone call. Very fast service, excellent price. Extremely happy.

I contacted the owner a week ago. I was given a provisional estimate and advised the initial clean up could be more. I agreed to the possibility. I was told they would come out Saturday and after hours of not hearing anything , I reached out . They explained they didn't and would come out Monday due to a previous issue with another home. I agreed. I was contacted Monday afternoon advising me the heat was not safe to go and they would go out first thing AM After hours not hearing anything, I reached out again. Apparently they did go out and found the job to be much more than I explained. I understand that. I am the owner who lives in the Bay Area so I have not seen the property for a while. They gave me a quote AFTER I reached out and asked me if I was OK with it. I would have gladly been OK with paying the additional amount but I don't understand the lack of communication. The tenants had no idea they came out in the morning. It seemed pretty easy as well as respectful to have contacted me immediately asking if I agree to that amount. However again I was the one that had to reach out to them asking if they have gone out to my property. This business is unreliable, unprofessional, and definitely not dependable. I found the owner Chris to be disrespectful of my time and and giving me the runaround. I would recommend if this company doesn't go out on the day they promise, find someone else immediately. About a month ago, we found this company on Yelp. At the time, I had the owner Chris work on redesigning our sprinkler timer system so that I could control our sprinklers system remotely with my iPhone. Needless to say our backyard grass has never been greener and our backyard flowers looked wonderful for our recent backyard wedding. His follow up is so good, a month ago I casually mentioned that I would like to put a outdoor shower next to our spa. He recently texted and followed up and this week his crew put in the plumbing, poured a new cement pad, and installed our new outdoor shower. Chris came out promptly to quote us earlier in the year and was providing weekly service for our home. The service was great and cleaned up our weed infested backyard and maintained it well. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the team members not cleaning up the back one week even though they stated so. Chris stated it would be handled and the next week they performed better. Recently there were a lot of issues. It is a tough time due to Covid, the heat, and air quality. After constant misses we were forced to move on and seek a different service provider. I had two sprinklers flooding in my backyard that were causing major problems. One of them was buried next to a palm tree root and much too difficult for me to fix by myself, so I asked for a quote from an irrigation specialist on Yelp. Chris from Mission View Landscaping was the first to respond and he personally came to my house the very next day to offer a quote. When he came out he was courteous and professional. He sent a team of three people the following morning and they fixed the issue in less than an hour. His crew were all friendly, bilingual, and did a great job. The cost was very reasonable and fair. We had Chris and his crew redo our backyard after we had a pool and spa installed. They laid sod, built a retaining wall with seating, ran new sprinkler lines and drain lines, built a fence to cover our pool equipment, planted trees and bushes. Since we moved into our place last year we have done a lot of major projects and I have to say that Chris and his crew are by far the best crew we have dealt with, not to say all the others were bad. Chris and his crew are very professional, they let you know what's going through the whole process, are very courteous and polite. Their work is outstanding.
