Mio's was excellent tonight. Highly recommend eating in the restaurant. Came on a Tuesday (opening day) service was prompt and friendly. I know they are struggling with hiring but I thought our server rachel was excellent. Great pizza and breadsticks!

One piece of bacon and an oil slick instead of alfredo

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the delivery didn't take long- although I'm only 5 minutes from the restaurant. I ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce, bacon, spinach, and artichokes and an order of mozzarella sticks. I've had the same pizza from another Mio's location multiple times and it was so so good. What came was a hard, overbaked, oily pizza with hardly any toppings. The alfredo sauce was barely there and was basically just oil. Some of the pieces of the pizza only had one or two tiny pieces of bacon on them and no artichokes. The mozzarella sticks were so overdone, and obviously so. They were dark and all the cheese had left the breading. I've sent an email to them, so hopefully I'll hear back. It was not worth the $25 I paid for it.

Enjoy a HOUSE SALAD with HOUSE ITALIAN salad dressing!

The owner of Mio's in Loveland has taken over the Mio's in Mariemont. He said that he will be bringing the best sellers from Mariemont into the Loveland location. I got to taste-test one item...a goat cheese curd. It is a Babybel cheese-sized piece of goat cheese, coated in seasoned bread crumbs and deepfried or baked* like a cheese stick. (*I forgot to ask) It was drizzled with a vinaigrette. I like goat cheese and thought it was good. My husband thought that a mix of those with mozzarella sticks would be a "cheese lover's" appetizer. Also, a new salad option is in the works! The owner said that he's keeping the standard Mio's menu options. However, I am looking forward to the new menu launch!

I've ordered delivery now twice from this place and must admit I'm very disappointed. 6months ago I told myself I would never eat here again, but I gave them a second chance. Now I wish I hadn't. Both times delivery took an hour+ (longer than quoted), my appetizer bread was soggy and cold, I tried basil instead of the spinach bread type this time only to be reminded of the disappointment. Last time I got the veggie pizza which was blackened and burned sesame crust served cold. This time I tried to play it safe and I went for soup and salad. My French onion soup was cold and bland with uncooked crunchy onions and soggy croutons - where is the melted cheese? (And my salad had everything on it although I ordered toppings on the side.) If it was cheap I probably wouldn't mind as much, but the value and quality just isn't what I expect from my local mios. I used to live in Hyde park and although I never ate at mios there I remembered people years ago speaking very highly of them. I was excited when I moved to Loveland and saw they were on my street, but I will not be ordering food from here again.

Fried Ravioli

This was my first time trying Mio's, and my husband and I both loved it! The dining area was clean and simple. We tried the fried cheese ravioli, which was a touch spicy. Fine by me, but the husband disliked. We ordered a stuffed pizza with mushrooms and spinach, which takes a little longer to cook, but it didn't seem like a horrendously long time. The pizza was really good; it had a slightly sweet layer of tomato sauce and was really thick and dense and oozing cheese. Perhaps it's even better than Uno?! And pizza this thick is definitely filling - a little will go a long way! We were eating yummy leftovers for days.

Gluten free pizza

AHHH!! THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE GARLIC BREAD. I could not be more excited. It was amazing. I talked to Dan, the fabulous owner who told me he is very aware of cross contamination and explained they use new cookware and tools for gluten free orders. You can get hoagie sandwiches with gluten free buns or pizza crust gluten free. I ordered a pepperoni and onion gluten free. It was delicious! I can't wait to eat here again. The pizza is much larger than other places. If you are gluten free visit this mios! You will be so pleased!!

My first visit. Nice casual atmosphere. You get a beer with dinner here. Great for families. Very friendly waitress. Impressed with pizza crust. Doughy, but with a nice crisp bottom. Looking forward to coming back with the entire family.

I'm so picky when it comes to pizza, so listen when I say this place was GOOD. One thing I loathe…read moreabout Cincinnati pizza is how sweet the sauce is and their's wasn't! Also, I had this meal a couple weeks ago at this point and let me be so honest, I still dream of the crust. It's crunchy and airy but doughy in a way that so few get right. I genuinely could just be given a sheet of dough and I'd be the happiest camper. No joke. With that said, my boyfriend ordered the small personal pepperoni pizza. I did not. I ordered the Italian sub. It was....fun. The bread was PERFECTION. Everything on it, however, was pretty mid. I even took the tomato, lettuce, and about half of the onions. I wanted a bit more flavor without detracting from the meats. All in all, this place was awesome and I am so excited to come back again! The energy was very family friendly, though most at the time were primarily couples on date night. I already know what I wanna try next!

I was in a large group of bike riders today that stopped for dinner after riding the Loveland trail. Staff got our group seated and fed in a timely manner and we appreciated it greatly even if we couldn't all sit together. Our server Greg was great. Very nice and attentive. My table of 4 all enjoyed our food. I got a small Margherita pizza and it was FANTASTIC. Fresh tomato and basil gave flavor in every bite. The crust was perfection I will definitely order that again. Hubs got a steak hoagie. Said it was good but he was eyeballing our friend's Mahi sandwiches which looked grilled to perfection. They loved it. If I could offer one suggestion though to staff, there was quite a lot of cob webs on the window inside and outside our table. We sat at the first table to the left of the doorway going into the main dining room. And there was quite a bit of dust on the light chain in the bathroom and very smeared mirrors. The paper towel dispenser was not working either but the toilet was clean! In the mens bathroom the soap dispenser was not working, it was sitting on the counter and you had to pour the soap into your hand.

But since our daughter moved to Brooklyn, we have been craving some of the best pizza we had there. So naturally we had to try Brooklyn Pizza closer to home. We ordered a pepperoni and a Greek salad, carry out. Easy ordering online and the estimated time for pick up was right on target. I walked out with a steaming pizza and a chilled salad. The salad was great. Veggies were fresh and crisp. Plenty of Kalamata olives. The Italian dressing was a little bland so I'd probably choose a different dressing next time. The pizza was very good! Lots of cheese and a good amount of pepperoni. The crust was good, but I wished the cheese and sauce went right up to the edge on all the slices (a few slices were more crust, less goodies toward the edge). But I just left those slices for someone else to eat (gives hubs the side eye). Ambiance wise, this is a restaurant in a strip mall. Tables inside were 3/4 full on a Friday night. Friendly servers. Parking lot out front was a little narrow but enough spots to be found. Bottom line: Given this is not NYC, it was pretty good. We'll try the again - maybe the 3-meat version.

From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing and we were seated immediately. The restaurant was spotless, and even the bathrooms were incredibly clean. The food was fantastic too. We ordered pizza, salad, an appetizer, and dessert, and everything came out quickly and tasted great. We were honestly shocked that the entire meal was under $50. And, we were in and out in about 45 minutes without ever feeling rushed. This was some of the best service we've had in a long time, especially while traveling. We'll absolutely be stopping here again -- this is officially our new pit stop between Tennessee and Pennsylvania!

The food alone is 5 starts: Seasonal pizza, GF Detroit Style crust...every other pizza pales in comparison. I will dream about this pizza, even though I was hungry after. More chicken needs to be added! The chocolate sorbet was exquisite. No notes. Was not offered to add candied almond or hot honey, it didn't need it. Possibly best restaurant dessert. Lower score because I was judged harshly by my server about where I lived, them being uppity and saying, "Eww, I'd never live there." After observation it seems mostly "regulars" dine here, I must have not looked expensive enough, or behaved poorly enough. For the price, I shouldn't be leaving hungry, or ashamed. Taglio, I will forever crave this meal, and forever feel awkward about dining with you.
