I am sorry, but we need to give them an F on the Quality of their work. We used them for the first time, because we needed a large order of perforated sheets for our client's employee's year end W-2's. We were thinking Minuteman Press Flagler would give our company a good value to our business since we were members of BNI together a few years back. Well, the first full box of work was completed, and we took it to hour office and began our work process using the perforated sheets from Minuteman Press Flagler. Since the beginning it was a was a nightmare, the paper just kept getting jammed, and jammed on our HP color printer. It took us most of our time and day to pull the sheets that were constantly getting jammed in our printer. I went to Minuteman Press Flagler store location and brought it to the attention of the owner Ray. But all he told me the solution was to shuffle the paper like a deck of cards. Well we went back to our office and shuffled the payer like a deck of cards as the owner Ray had instructed every time we loaded the paper in our HP color printer. Our HP color printer is brand new and it should not allow for paper Jamming, but because of the bad quality of work Minuteman Press Flagler did it would not work with that printer or any of our other printer in our office as well. We went back to the owner Ray and told hem we tried the shuffle, but it did not work. We ask him if he could re-do the order, but he told us we needed to pay full price on the completed order and pay for a new order as well. We told him that was not fair since the quality was very, very bad. Well, he did not budge because he said he had to pay his employees salary. I guess he is a stubborn full since he just allows a client to accept a crappy work order from him without any consideration for quality. Well, to make a long situation short, this crappy work was jamming our printers so much, and so many times that it finally broke our printer. It got stuck so bad, it destroyed something inside. Now we are debating if we fix it or get a new printer. We would not take the time to leave a negative post on any business, but since Minuteman Press Flagler's bad quality cause our printer to break I am leaving him a message.
