The combination of yelling, profanity, aggressive behavior, and physical handling made me feel like my personal safety was at risk. I genuinely left the situation feeling as though my life could have been in danger. No patient should ever be made to feel threatened by someone who is supposed to be providing medical care. Healthcare workers are expected to remain professional, respectful, and composed, even during difficult situations. What I experienced was the complete opposite. I believe this incident should be investigated seriously, including reviewing any available security footage, speaking with staff who witnessed the interaction, and documenting exactly what occurred. Based on my experience, I do not believe this individual should be allowed to continue interacting with patients unless the situation is thoroughly investigated and appropriate action is taken. I would strongly caution others about my experience here. I went to urgent care expecting medical help and instead left feeling intimidated, shaken, and unsafe.

But that aside, when you're called into one of the little rooms off the waiting area where you are checked in, the staff person calls out all of your personal information for verification - dob, address, phone, primary care doctor, insurance, etc. - very clearly for everyone in the waiting room to hear.
