She also wrote out a scrip for an anti-biotic, for me to use just in case the new treatments do not have any effect after two more days. She even sent a scrip to my regular pharmacy for some things that are available over the counter, in case that would help me to get them with prescription coverage. So, overall: a great experience while I was feeling pretty crummy. She was professional and empathic. Much more than at urgent care locations, such as Carbon Health. My new go to plan will be to avoid "urgent care" places and go to CVS minute clinics instead.

I checked their website to make sure they do pediatric care. Website says they do. I have a 20 month old with a 104 fever. I drove all the way there to get there when they opened only to be told they don't take kids under 2. I politely asked if there was a way she could give feedback to the company to update their website as their website does not say that anywhere. She looks straight at me and just says, "no". So either this company doesn't care enough about its employees to actually take feedback (red flag) or its employees don't care enough about the community they're supposed to serve (also red flag). It's not that hard to update your website to let people know that you DON'T in fact do pediatric care for all kids.

I was able to make a last minute appointment same-day which was truly clutch as other travel docs had nothing available for days. (Shame on me for waiting until the last second!) The building was relatively easy to find and the elevator took me nearly right to the front door of their suite. The waiting room has chairs spaced apart (likely still from COVID precautions) and was appreciated. Check-in was quite easy (a quick form on an iPad and a few questions on paper about the specific visit) though the front desk worker overcharged me. I sat in the waiting room for about 5 min past the scheduled appointment time but was called in right after which was refreshing as I know doctors often get backed up by the end of the day. The doctor himself was absolutely lovely! I mentioned where I was traveling and he was incredibly thorough with questions and determined I didn't need the yellow fever vaccine based on where I was going. He did prescribe a Z-Pak which was incredibly appreciated as I know others who did the same trip recommended it. He also had the front desk employee refund the overcharged amount. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a travel doctor and will absolutely be back ahead of my next trip!

I visited for a yellow fever vaccine, which involves a subcutaneous injection (administered into the fatty tissue beneath the skin). The injection site seemed a bit unusual (please see the attached picture), and later became inflamed, red, and swollen. I am planning to travel to Africa soon, and the doctor mentioned he would prescribe medication for traveler's diarrhea. However, when I went to the pharmacy, they gave me a prescription for malaria (something we had not discussed) and did not receive the Z-Pak prescription for traveler's diarrhea from the doctor's office. I had to return to the pharmacy the next day since they were closing.

She told me that I unfortunately had *the diagnosis* and then told me I should " go under the covers, Netflix, Doordash" and offered me a lollipop treat at the end. I see the doctor, who I explain my symptoms to, the doctor did everything within her power to assist in that moment, which included, as a precaution providing an exemption document for work for the next day. After speaking with the doctor someone comes in, then swab my nose for the Flu and Covid virus, which came back negative. It was then advised that bloodwork would be taken for further test--The lady enters the exam room with the gloves already on and fumbles around with several items before attempting to stick me---My skin is pretty much see-through so usually it's easy to get blood, but of course she misses veins in both my arms and then say, "are you afraid of needles". While annoyed, I responded as politely as possible "no I'm not, it's human nature to flinch when pain is being inflicted but I didn't move my body". Due to this, I was told I had to get my blood taken at a Lab and was provided a referral along with my discharge documentation. Once in my car I reviewed the documentation, notice there's no address on the LabCorp referral and the return-to-work letter was for the date seen. I immediately call and speak with someone about the letter and LabCorp address and was told the letter would be emailed and I could go to any LabCorp. Guess what, NO LABCORP in NJ is open on Sundays and I'm still waiting for the letter to be emailed (2days later). This visit was a waste of my time and money, googling my symptoms and suggested medications would have been a better experience. I patiently waited for my symptoms to die down to ensure I wrote an honest review. Well, honestly since nothing I went to the office for was addressed, I wish I could give ZERO stars!
