She even sent a scrip to my regular pharmacy for some things that are available over the counter, in case that would help me to get them with prescription coverage. I call again to see if they can send it because I needed to be home in bed. The girl says "she'll do it tonight", and I tell her this doesn't help me if it's in two hours, and she snapped back at me "WOULD YOU PREFER SHE DO IT TOMORROW?!" I'm not usually an especially demanding person, but they're the ones that screwed this up in the first place & then they're giving me attitude about correcting this in any sort of timely manner. This has always been my go-to place because the location is convenient, but I'm never going back. The doctors have always been fine, but they need to get rid of whoever is answering their phones and handling paperwork. In fact, everyone I interacted with that Saturday morning were good - from security at the building entrance to intake inside Imaging. It made a scary situation much less so for me. Prior to this, I'd really only visited this Summit Health for Urgent Care services. This was my first time visiting another office - imaging/labs on the first floor. The office administration was well organized, and the technicians were A+ with their professionalism and patient care. It looks like my rating is higher than most other reviews within the past year. For me, I haven't experienced long wait times. Also, using the portal for scheduling and retrieving my results has been fine. Granted, I haven't needed to call and speak to an office personnel directly yet. Idk, maybe some changes have taken place since these reviews. So based on my experiences so far, I would recommend the Summit Health in Livingston.
