Let me start off by saying that I absolutely disdain going to see any doctor/medical professional…read more I usually try to avoid them at all costs, after a traumatic experience that I had at a dentists office, approximately 15 years ago, when I was a minor. Thankfully, this experience was very different! A+ Urgent Care made me feel the most comfortable any visit to a doctors office has ever made me feel. There was no wait when I got there and the place was very clean. Rory and Mario (the two at the front desk) were both professional, yet welcoming & amicable. Their willingness to converse and joke with me helped me to relax and get my mind off of some of the negativity that's been consuming me in anticipation of my upcoming surgery. I could easily see myself having a beer with them under different circumstances. I was actually so pleased with how the visit was going, before I'd even seen the doctor, that I was slightly worried I'd be let down upon meeting the doc. Then came in Dr Sotiria Simeonidis. I could write a few paragraphs about the undivided attention and professionalism displayed during our meeting, however, it was the more humanistic qualities such as her empathy and kindness that really made me want to write this review. The meeting was no more than 15 minutes and yet I felt like I was talking to an old friend from college. If I could pick Dr Simeonidis as my primary care physician, I would, and I hope that the practices that she works at truly understand the high quality of care that she provides to her patients. Moreover, I hope she knows and understands just how much people like myself appreciate her going above and beyond to change perceptions/fears of a visit to the doctors office. For me to take the time to write a review, it has to either be really terrible or really outstanding... and they were second to none. I'd highly recommend A+ Urgent Care to friends and family. Thank you Rory, Mario, and especially Dr. Simeonidis for the kindness you all showed me.

Expect to be OVER BILLED and to have billing records falsified so that they can garner higher…read morepayment from the patient or insurance under totally false pretense! A negative covid test, and less than 2 minutes with the "provider"/nurse or PA, was falsely potrayed as an "extra long appointment!" with billing of over $400! An insufficient Rx was then written for the necessary antibiotic, making the visit worthless...but very costly! Not the way a supposedly charitable Catholic organization should be treating the public!! Re the clinic's response, to claim that their falsification of records and over-billing for a routine covid test was a set requirement by the government is outrageous, absurd and an out and out lie! The CMS does not condone any bill falsification or over-billing of patients, Medicare, or any other insurance!!

As for Dr Dev Sinha, he was very comforting and did his best to keep me at ease. Dr Scott came over and talked to me as well. The lady that helped me in the first room where we changed clothes was VERY understanding, patient, and gentle with me being nervous. Everyone's level of care made the experience better although I don't want to go back. It hurt too much (I got the local anesthesia, I was awake).

The facility appeared clean with no undesirable odors. The receptionist staff was friendly and professional. There are two large buildings on the property and clearer directions to which one and exactly where the River Drive Center is located would have been helpful. It's the building to the left upon entering with the Surgery Center to the left side of the left building. Parking is ample. The care provided appeared totally acceptable.

From the moment you check in, you are treated kindly and as though you are a person- not a client. The team is thorough and compassionate and walk you through the entire process. The team member who did my mammogram was gentle and cheers you on the entire time "almost done, doing great, almost done!" I had the slightest wait afterwards to be in seen by the PA and the staff member who brought me into my examine room apologized for the wait, but also informed me that the results look great and the doctor would just be a few more minutes...this may sound small, but waiting for the results is stressful and it put me at ease. The PA, Kruti McDonald was absolutely WONDERFUL. She spent time listening and talking to me and didn't rush at all. She was thorough, knowledgeable and TOOK HER TIME-- again, made me feel as though I mattered, my concerns mattered and that she honestly cared. I really can't recommend MBC enough.

I was the only one in the office and brought back immediately. The technician took my vitals and I thought I would be in and out! I hear someone loudly talking outside the room about their weekend plans and their wife and kids. 20 minutes go by and I open the door to ask the technician if the doctor will see me soon and she pointed to the guy on the phone who even made eye contact with me and she said "when he is done with his calll". He made me wait an additional 10 minutes while he wrapped up sharing his stories. He came in looked at me and said I will call you in drops. Needless to say he never did and I had to follow up. I can take waiting and even following up for prescription but the inconsideration and power move he pulled on me is unprofessional and rude.
