This was by far the kist sketchiest place I've seen in all of the orem/provo area. Me and my gf went to fix her phone and the place was not what we were expecting. There were clothes for sale, that weren't any way related to the shop, they were handing money to a line of people for some reason. Did get look like they were turning in their electronics or whatnot. The cashier spoke zero english. Not one phone, phone accessory, or anything in relation to phone repair at all inside. I would suggest going somewhere more legit. Place seems underhanded and not reliable just from its public display. read more

My experience with Mint Repair was overall quite unprofessional. They had to order a replacement screen for my phone model, which wasn't an issue, but I only chose to take it to them because they said they could get a screen in about 4 days before anybody else could. I set an appointment to have my screen replaced, I showed up for my appointment, and not only did they not have the part in, but the only guy that could repair my phone wasn't even in the office for my appointment. What should have happened is they should have called me to tell me the screen wasn't there before I drove to Orem for my appointment instead of offering excuses. Two more missed delivery dates later, and they finally got my part in. The screen looks great, but I was overall quite disappointed with the way they handled this situation. read more

Mint repair is the best place to get your screen fixed. I got my iPhone screen repaired from them a few months ago. They responded fast to my messages and replaced the screen that evening. Yesterday part of the screen stopped working. I waited to post this just in case and I'm glad I did so I can give an honest review. Issue: iPhone 7 Plus screen was frozen on the top half of my phone. I requested a quote on Sept 14 and they contacted me same day. They saw me a couple of hours later. Replaced my screen at a very reasonable price (also get the screen protector; it's the best warranty I've ever gotten ). The guy was great! Very personable and showed me details as to what was wrong with the phone. He also mentioned the last person who fixed the phone (no relation to them) didn't replace the seal that makes the phone water resistant and so he fixed that as well. Next day, I went to program the phone and OMG the bottom half gave me issues. I called back told them what was up (be nice to them BTW) and they were willing to see me within the hour! Turns out it was an issue with the screen itself and they replaced it! Quick fast and in a hurry with a smile on his face! Best customer service for real! Now the phone works perfectly. I tend to break my phone often so they will be my permanent go to repair shop! read more
