Ryan and the team made multiple trips to our house to work with the insurance inspector/adjuster to make sure we were taken care of and treated right for the damage from a hail storm. Once the claim was approved, he reviewed it in detail and submitted a supplemental claim to cover items that were missed. They are very thorough and professional. The actual roof and gutter installation was timely and went very smooth, even in extremely hot weather. The clean up was like they were never there. Apparently they are unfamiliar with the fact that they are on Groupon so I had to call back when someone from the company was in the office to get on the schedule. They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Quote couldn't be viewed from whatever format they sent it. Then to get it from I guess another email of theirs it took multiple emails and then finally a direct message to their yelp business account. Finally we got the service and he even did a little extra I think as an I'm sorry perhaps? Anyway service was complete. It then took almost a month to get an invoice to pay it. I honestly thought they forgot. I plan on using them again tho as the work seemed good and the tech nice enough though forgetful.
