Detailer never showed up. After several attempts to reach the owner again he finally got back to us and rescheduled. Guess what? No show again. After final attempts to reach him he got back and offered a refund. Guess what? No refund has been provided after 2 months of no calls/texts back. Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens. Small claims court, here we come.

They used Chemical Guys products, which is a must for me, and went above and beyond by steaming the interior and meticulously cleaning every nook and corner. They even took out the spare tire for a thorough detailing! I added an engine detail, and the precision was outstanding. One of my cars is a convertible, which is tricky and time-consuming, but they handled it with expertise. I've tried other detailers before, but I often found flaws once I started using the car. This time, the work was nearly flawless. The only thing I would have liked was the use of a soft brush inside the rims, which they missed. Overall, this is the best detailing service I've experienced, and I I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to give their car a fresh, pristine look. On good weather days this line can get pretty long, but they do well to move the line as quick as possible. You then leave your car ( and your remote start fob if you don't have keys in the ignition) and go inside where you take the paper ticket given to you by the original attendant and present it to the cashier. The cashier will hand you a claim ticket to give for the washers when your car is ready. Inside there are many retail items for sale, fun greeting cards, snacks, candies, drinks and microwaveable foods. And of course car retail items such as air fresheners, tire shine, steering covers and many other things. It's a pretty nice variety. In this area there are large windows looking into the car wash area, you can watch your car going thru all its cleaning stages and special waxes/coats. It's fun to watch. Then you take yourself over to the waiting area where your car is finished off being towel dryed, and wiped in the inside. Tires are wiped as well. The attendant will wave you out when your car is finished. You hand them your claim ticket. Before you go out to get your car, there is a box to put in any gratuities that are shared by all workers. They do close if the weather is too rainy or too cold, despite any posted hours. But a well run place to get your car crispy clean!

I think I paid $260 here, which isn't awful, but I wasn't super impressed with the detail. Especially given the car was already very clean, I still found dust and dirty glass.
