My wife and I selected Mint Bartending for our wedding at The Old Polo Estate in Coachella (near Palm Springs). Amit and his team were fantastic. Amit was able to help us create custom drinks, answered questions throughout the planning process, and guided us through a shopping list so we could save money and provide our own alcohol. While we provided the alcohol, Amit's team provided ice, mixers, garnishes, and cups for the entire event. For a very competitive price, we were able to staff our bar with 3 bartenders and a bar back for our 200 guests. The Mint team (Sylvia, Abel, Jesse, and Kacia) were amazing. They were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. All of our guests were raving about Mint's customer service the entire night. We were so pleased. Never did we see a line at the bar, nor did we see any garbage or spills. The team was constantly surveying our guests to assure happiness, quality, and speed were met at all times. I had contacted Mint Bartending early on when I was planning my wedding. We ended up taking a different route and unfortunately that blew up in our face because she was a fraudulent bartender. So 2 days before my wedding I reached out to Amit in hopes that they would be able to help me out. He assured me he could get 2 bartenders for our big day. I was worried since the last person had let us down. On June 9, 2018 at the Edward Dean Museum, 2 bartenders showed up and were ready to work. They did an AMAZING job especially since we had not communicated nor discussed details with them. We handed them our drink menu seconds before our grand entrance and yet they had already been pouring drinks before then, doing a great job without knowing details. I didn't get the bartenders names personally but I believe the bartenders' names are Storey and Alvaro. They really did an amazing job at keeping the drinks flowing and our guests loved them. The female bartender was so attentive to my husband and I. She kept coming to our table and making sure we had a fresh drink poured every time. Any time we passed by the bar they made sure my husband and I didn't have to wait to get a drink. We had a big family reunion party and I was hesitant to hire a bartending service at first. I found Mint Bartending on Yelp and after talking to Amit I knew I had to have a bartender since the party was for 50 people. We picked the premium package and the only thing we ended up buying was the alcohol. Amit came up with a great specialty cocktail- an amazing chili pineapple margarita which my dad and many others loved and kept coming back for more- as well as a couple specialty mocktails for non- drinkers, which were equally appreciated, as only having soda and water as drink options can be so boring! We hired Mint Bartending for our wedding on 09/09/17 in Indian Wells and were very happy with them. Amit was wonderful to deal with and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Amit was first to follow up with me on many things and he was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The day of the wedding Amit came beforehand to look at the setup and start organizing things for his bartenders. We were originally going to have two separate bars in two separate areas and Amit suggested we have one large bar with two bartenders. His idea worked out way better than our original idea. Could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding bar. I hired this company, and at first was nervous about most of their reviews being from the Palm Desert area, my wedding was in Newport Beach. This distance was big, but Amit was very cool with me and assured me it was no problem, and they had done it before. Other companies were just as thorough in their questions and requirements for an accurate bid, however Mint Bartending beat out the competition by customer service, quick responses and their very engaging contact with you. Believe it or not I had a competitor of theirs call me almost 2 months after my initial contact saying they were sorry for the delayed response. You will not have this type of nonsense with Mint, Amit always got back to me the same day, and often within in hour or two. Amit is very easy to talk with via phone, text, email etc. He makes the process very simple. We got the bartending service with 2 servers and one person helping these two behind the bar. We supplied the alcohol. We had a pretty big wedding with around 200 people attending. Come wedding day, they showed up early and were set up before the rest of the arrangements were there. This was very helpful, and most companies will not show up early or stay late. this customer care is huge to me and unmatched by others.This is a good time to mention that a day or two before I decided to have them stay late for an extra hour, the price for this service was absolutely unbeatable. All it took was a quick text for them to change the service time. I think they were there even later than what we paid for, they really made sure we were finished before they started packing up. Great day-of service. Mint Bartending served all of our 200 or so guests without a hitch. I never saw a line build up, or people waiting around to get drinks. They are very quick, and kind to everyone. They maintain a very professional appearance and demeanor. They always remembered names of myself and my wedding party, parents, etc. I was very impressed by this. Their signature drinks are also amazing. I have had many guests compliment their signature spicy margarita in particular. They have their own recipe for this, including a certain lemonade and agave nectar which makes all the difference. Normal margarita mix is no good. They knocked it out of the park with this. The only alcohol we almost ran out of was tequila because of how great this drink was (I didn't think many would be drinking the amount of tequila we purchased). it was a total hit. I would absolutely recommend this company for bartending services across all of Southern California. I most definitely will be using them again for my next festivity. I have already recommended them to my company for our next work event as well. I am very pleased with their services and am so glad I went with them over other companies. 5 Star service.
