    If I could give zero stars to this company I would. I booked a bachelorette party this last weekend for one person to come and help serve and clean up so I could enjoy it myself as you usually can't because all the running around you do when hosting a party. It was supposed to be a nice relaxing day. Reminding you that I paid up front $500 a month prior to my event, I received an email on Friday, 9/4 confirming my event for 9/6 from this company and then Saturday evening at 7:30pm I received a text message from Lori letting me know they overbooked and would have to cancel. HOURS before my event when they had confirmed everything the day before. They cancelled and then told me I would have to wait to get my refund! What a freaking scam! Do not book from this site! They were completely unprofessional and weren't even all that apologetic. They gave me no time to hire someone else and completely ruined my weekend and I still have not received my $$$ back. They said they had to cancel due to Covid which is absurd. I booked over a month before and they took my money, then cancelled on me hours before the event. That has NOTHING to do with Covid.

We did our wedding at a VRBO and planned everything ourselves, so it was really important to us to have some great staff to make sure the day ran smoothly. Jessica was super easy to work with and was full of amazing ideas to make our event perfect. She gave a fantastic recommendation for food for our welcome dinner (shout out to Tacos Los Chubby's), and helped plan our dessert and late night snack options which the guests RAVED about! Jessica worked within our budget to find the most cost effective way to spread staff out over our events to achieve the most support which was greatly appreciated. The staff - Julieta, Dillon, Aramis, and Hilario, were by far one of the biggest highlights of our wedding! They were the most hardworking, kind, and helpful people, and we truly could not have done the events without them. Our wedding day had a huge amount of wind and they all were extremely calm and willing to pivot to move all wedding tables into a different space very quickly. We heard about a few things later on that happened that they all handled without telling us too which was great. When we woke up in the morning, we were so surprised to see everything cleaned up and packed up for the rental company pick up the next day which was the most wonderful surprise! Julieta and Dillon worked at both our welcome party and wedding, and I think every single guest at some point or another came up to us to compliment them! They finished the tasks we gave them very quickly, then found new tasks to do all day and night long. They consistently did things without being asked, and still made time to be personable with us and the guests. Truly could not have asked for a better team at both events! The quality felt inconsistent, and when we reached out afterward, we never heard back. If you're thinking about booking them, there are a few things we wish we had asked up front. We hired Vaso Bello for our wedding at La Quinta Resort in May 2025. We met with a few florists, but Ron stood out right away. He seemed to really get what we wanted. Even though the quote was a little higher than others, we felt good about putting our trust in him. His style is beautiful and the reviews were glowing, so we felt confident we'd be in great hands. To be fair, some parts of the floral design were exactly what we hoped for. We loved the terracotta vases on the dinner tables, and the flowers in our lounge area were absolutely stunning. They were full, colorful, and just gorgeous. That part truly felt like us. But that same care didn't carry through to everything. The ceremony florals, which were supposed to frame us during our vows, ended up being really underwhelming. They felt small, dull, and nothing like what we had imagined or discussed. They didn't add any real impact to the moment. Those arrangements are now in all our ceremony photos, and it's hard not to feel disappointed by that. We emailed after the wedding to share how we felt and ask if they could offer any explanation or even just acknowledge it. We never got a response. We're not sharing this to be harsh. We know how much work goes into weddings, and we truly believe Vaso Bello is capable of beautiful designs. We just didn't get consistency, and the lack of follow-up made it harder to move on. If you're thinking about working with them, we'd suggest being really clear about which floral moments matter most to you. Don't assume that just because something is in the proposal, it will be prioritized. If your date falls near a big flower weekend like Mother's Day (which ours did), ask how that could affect things. And don't be shy about checking in before the wedding to make sure everything is still on track. We hope this helps other couples going through the planning process. Every couple deserves to feel great about their wedding day and their photos. Update: After we posted this review, Ron reached out, apologized, and offered a refund for half of the ceremony florals. We appreciated the follow-up and the gesture. It didn't change how we felt about the experience overall, but it did show that he cared and wanted to make it right.

    We used Mint Bartending for our wedding in May and chose their Premium Bar Package. This package…read morewas advertised as including everything needed for the bar except for the alcohol, which we were responsible for purchasing separately. We were told they would provide all mixers, juices, garnishes, cups, ice, and anything else necessary to serve the drinks. At first, we were very excited to work with Mint Bartending because they seemed professional and offered what sounded like an stress-free service. Unfortunately, about a week before our wedding, the owner, Amit, sent over a cocktail menu he had selected that did not reflect the drinks we wanted to serve. I responded with a few signature cocktails we preferred, assuming this would be a simple change. We had previously been told that the menu was mostly for display purposes and that the bartenders would be able to make any drinks as long as we supplied the alcohol--which we did. To my surprise, Amit informed us that changing the drink menu would cost an additional $125. His explanation was that they would need to purchase extra ingredients for those cocktails. This was frustrating because our contract stated that the Premium Package included all non-alcoholic ingredients and bar supplies. Considering we were already paying $1,800 for the bartending service, in addition to spending roughly $1,000 on alcohol, the added fee felt unreasonable and inconsistent with what had originally been promised. That being said, the bartenders who worked our wedding were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout the evening. Our guests loved them, and they helped make the bar experience a highlight of the night. Overall, while the bartending staff were excellent, my experience with the owner was disappointing. The last-minute attempt to charge extra for our preferred signature cocktails added unnecessary stress during the week of our wedding. If you choose to work with Mint Bartending, I would strongly recommend getting detailed written clarification on what is included in your package and confirming any cocktail customizations well in advance. Or just choose another company.
