All three of their energies, positivity and dedication burst from them as you can tell they are all DAMN good at their job and love it too! Not a detail, moment, flower was missed. They worked seamlessly to get the best of the best and pulled everything together for me. As the Bride, it was effortless and 100% NOT stressful thanks to them. They came to me with everything I envisioned and all I had to do was say yes and no. They built a massive wooden tent full of unbelievable lights that made the night time pics like an instagramable haven! Everything was just stunning! They worked with the hotel to finalizing all the food, budgets, locations... to the point where I never had to deal with them once, it was incredible! Special shout out to LIZ, who was my point person, she was just amazing! Every detail had their t's crossed and i's dotted a hundred times over! Nothing was amiss. Trust me, it happens to even the most saintly. No need to fret, April is there for you! She will listen carefully, ask you all the right questions, follow through promptly and thoroughly. She will be your best friend. This is not an understatement, as my man and I decided to get hitched in a week. I called April two days before (from LA), confused and bewildered on a Saturday! I still can't believe she not only graciously called me back but gladly took up the challenge of our small but very important day. April got us the most amazing photographer, beautiful flowers, a fabulous french resturant to exchange our vows (and to have dinner after). Last but not least, she coordinated the best officiate I could dream of, who through a conversation the night before, gave us a moving and personal ceremony. To top it off, the price for everyone's services was exceptional. I can't sing April's praises enough. If you are considering the Palm Springs or surrounding area for your wedding, check out "The Bride and I" it's a top quality service that stands above and beyond the competition.

While I had gathered everything together, made arrangements with vendors and had a rough timeline, April was the key to pulling everything together. She is calm and collected but also sweet and nice. Plus since I live in LA and didn't know the best local vendors, she was so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding in locking in my hair and makeup team and a few other loose ends. We had a few conference calls, and a walk thru at the venue and she produced a perfect table map and timeline. I instantly felt at ease! She ran our rehearsal so well and on the day of I was able to just relax as she handled decorating and getting everything and everyone where they needed to be. She has an excellent way of keeping everything on track while making you feel totally at ease. After the reception, she and her assistant got everything into the house in a super organized way, making it much easier to pack up the next day. Plus when the police showed up multiple times about a noise complaint she handled it so effortlessly when I asked her about it she said not to worry at all :) Highly recommend her to anyone needing some help on their big day, she's wonderful!

The quality felt inconsistent, and when we reached out afterward, we never heard back. If you're thinking about booking them, there are a few things we wish we had asked up front. We hired Vaso Bello for our wedding at La Quinta Resort in May 2025. We met with a few florists, but Ron stood out right away. He seemed to really get what we wanted. Even though the quote was a little higher than others, we felt good about putting our trust in him. His style is beautiful and the reviews were glowing, so we felt confident we'd be in great hands. To be fair, some parts of the floral design were exactly what we hoped for. We loved the terracotta vases on the dinner tables, and the flowers in our lounge area were absolutely stunning. They were full, colorful, and just gorgeous. That part truly felt like us. But that same care didn't carry through to everything. The ceremony florals, which were supposed to frame us during our vows, ended up being really underwhelming. They felt small, dull, and nothing like what we had imagined or discussed. They didn't add any real impact to the moment. Those arrangements are now in all our ceremony photos, and it's hard not to feel disappointed by that. We emailed after the wedding to share how we felt and ask if they could offer any explanation or even just acknowledge it. We never got a response. We're not sharing this to be harsh. We know how much work goes into weddings, and we truly believe Vaso Bello is capable of beautiful designs. We just didn't get consistency, and the lack of follow-up made it harder to move on. If you're thinking about working with them, we'd suggest being really clear about which floral moments matter most to you. Don't assume that just because something is in the proposal, it will be prioritized. If your date falls near a big flower weekend like Mother's Day (which ours did), ask how that could affect things. And don't be shy about checking in before the wedding to make sure everything is still on track. We hope this helps other couples going through the planning process. Every couple deserves to feel great about their wedding day and their photos. Update: After we posted this review, Ron reached out, apologized, and offered a refund for half of the ceremony florals. We appreciated the follow-up and the gesture. It didn't change how we felt about the experience overall, but it did show that he cared and wanted to make it right.

I think she is just trying to get that part of her business up and running, but she should definitely stay in her lane. So much went wrong, so here goes. Her budget was way off. She did not return calls in a timely manner until it was brought to her attention. Not a big deal? Ah, sadly, there's more. We found out day before the wedding that her computerized version of seating arrangements was "just an approximation." So seating was way off from how we had imagined and we had to make last minute adjustments. She does not know how to run a rehearsal and announced to all that she had never seen a wedding like ours before! (The men walking to the front while bridesmaids walked down alone). This was followed by her lining up all backwards and everyone was trying to tell her it was wrong. So much confusion that the pastor finally took over saying, "Friends, I'm now running this rehearsal." She should've been embarrassed, but she wasn't. The day of the wedding she asked me how to display the table menus - one for each table. I had previously asked her how many frames to bring and she told me. I brought extra, but it wasn't enough. No problem, she said, we can just put the ones without frames up against the centerpieces. How tacky! As guests began to arrive, a friend asked where she could put her wedding gift. When I asked Alyssa, she said that "no one brings gifts to weddings anymore," so there wasn't a place for them. The wedding was to have bubbles on each seat. Not on mine, and I'm the MOB! Didn't get to blow bubbles for my daughter. And others felt the same way. What part of "every seat " is hard to understand? At the reception, wine was to be self-serve on the table and would then be replenished as needed. When I noticed some friends had no wine, her lame excuse was that she thought it would be nice to serve our guests. But those glasses were empty!! There's more but you get the picture. Along the planning way, when asked for lists of what she should be doing and when, her response was that we had no need to worry because it was all in her head. But it clearly was not. We paid a lot for her services. Almost $6000, not including flowers. The day ended up beautiful but because we had to work around her. Such a disappointment. The most disappointing things is when I reached out to her to discuss all of this after the wedding, she took absolutely no responsibility for anything. She actually thinks she did a great job. I'm here to tell you she did not.

Elena and her team were absolutely phenomenal and made our wedding day so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. Florals: Melissa tackled all of our floral arrangements, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! Working within my limited budget, she brought my vision to life with stunning florals that perfectly matched our style and the seaside setting. Melissa truly understood the look I was going for, and her creativity and expertise made every arrangement stand out beautifully. She even gave me a calming pep talk before I walked down the aisle, which was such a thoughtful touch during a nerve-wracking moment. If you are considering a wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum (or anywhere else), I cannot recommend I-Do highly enough. Elena is an incredible coordinator who will make your wedding day run flawlessly, and Melissa will make your vision a reality. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. Honestly could not have done it without her and she was without a doubt my #1 worth it vendor! Would absolutely hire her for all your wedding planning and floral needs.
