I'm in Europe and am missing my wife's B Day and was so happy that Greg made it seem easy and flawless. That was until I found out my order never showed up. I texted Greg the day of delivery, but never heard back. I texted a few more times and have still not heard backs I called as well, but no answer. SUPER disappointed in this business and the result of what seemed like an easy request. I would give it 0 stars, but 1 is the minimum. I'm just hoping the CC info I sent him will be kept private and deleted. Hopefully it won't cost me fraudulent purchases for trusting Greg and sending my info.

I went into the shop to order 35 bud vases for my son's rehearsal dinner located across the street…read more They had created 3 mock ups for me to approve. They created orange and pink arrangements and they looked perfect. It took them 45 minutes to input the order in the system due to technical issues. I called 2 days prior to confirm my order and they couldn't find the order. After 15 minutes, they found my order under some random number. When we arrived at the venue, the flowers were there in colors of red and purple and yellow. There weren't any of the colors we discussed and approved. I couldn't believe it! I was totally bummed as they are my daughter-in-laws favorite colors and I went to great effort to get her the look she wanted. Very disappointed in this business, do not recommend!

The delivery guy called me in advance to make sure he could get into my community (good idea - his name had to be called in to the gate). When he arrived he was dressed festively in a sequin shirt and also wearing a big smile. And my goodness, the flower arrangement was breathtaking!!! It is of substantial size and I'd say the majority of the elements will last a long time and will definitely last beyond Christmas. The artistry of the arrangement is 5 stars! Huge thank you to Palm Springs Florist for absolutely coming through when it mattered most…read more After my original florist completely missed the mark--despite having a clear template, photos, and detailed direction--I was honestly panicking. With it being Easter weekend and limited inventory, I didn't even know if pulling off my vision was still possible. I'm someone with a very specific vision, and I expect it to be executed exactly as intended--anything less simply doesn't work for me. So when Palm Springs Florist said they could do it, I was cautiously hopeful. They didn't just meet expectations--they exceeded them. They created a stunning $500 bouquet that was over 26 inches wide and nearly 2.5 feet tall--in under three hours. Not only that, they accommodated revisions, communicated quickly while I was literally driving from LA to Palm Springs, and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. When we arrived at our hotel and the flowers were already inside, my partner was absolutely blown away--completely speechless. That moment alone made everything worth it. The final arrangement was, without exaggeration, one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. I truly couldn't have asked for a better bouquet. For me to leave a review like this, they had to get it exactly right--and they did. Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this business…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coachella Valley Floral Distributors for my wedding at Drift Palm Springs on May 3rd. Unfortunately, the florals delivered were very different from what was discussed and from the reference photos and instructions I provided (photo attached). My bouquet (bride) did not reflect the requested design -- I had specifically asked for little to no white flowers, all six bridesmaids colors to be included, to match the tropic vibe of the alter, and for the arrangements to be adjusted in size if necessary to stay within budget (photo attached). My bridesmaids had the smallest Calla Lilys when I was promised, pageant style bouquets for them with my Maid of Honors having cascading pieces to match my bouquet (photo attached). Which none did. In addition, the altar florals appeared unfinished (photo attached) , and several guests mentioned they saw them still being arranged while seated for the ceremony (photo attached). The delivery was also significantly delayed, which caused me to miss having florals in all of my pre-ceremony photos and disrupted our timeline since we could not take family photos in the ceremony space before hand. The bouquets where passed out just moments before my ceremony music began. What upset me most, was being approached by the vendor regarding her personal life events immediately before walking down the aisle. I understand unexpected situations can happen, but addressing them with me, the bride, at that moment added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time and was extremely inappropriate. She also promised a refund for the bouquets which I have yet to receive. More than anything, I wish there had been honesty and communication throughout the process. Had I known earlier that there were issues fulfilling the order as discussed, I would have appreciated the transparency and had the opportunity to make other plans. Instead this vendor continued to tell my coordinator she was "on her way" for over three hours. This vendor has not contacted me since. I have reached out requesting resolution and a refund multiple times, but there has been no response. Overall, the service, communication and final product did not reflect what was agreed upon, especially for such an important day.
