This was my first time at this local shop. I purchased a Groupon voucher and decided to give them a try. I arrived around 10:30 am on a Saturday. Both bays were busy and my car was next in line. It took a little less than 15 minutes before they started the work. The manager in charge was both friendly and attentive...he asked all the basic questions and began to look the car over. They checked the following; headlights, turn signals, brake lights and license plate lights, coolant, air filter, washer fluid as well tires. He recorded the mileage and checked the proper info for oil filter and oil amount needed to complete the service. For me, it was a No Pressure oil change...there was no Upsell of any kind and they were thorough with the service I purchased. Thumbs up! read more

Horrible experience.!! I would give -5 for extremely dissatisfied. !! I went yesterday with Groupon coupon, which I purchased the coupon on same day. They said, you need to wait for 24 hours before using it, which is fine. Again I went today. I parked the vehicle at working station and went to rest room. THE VEHICLE WAS READY WHEN I CAM FROM REST ROOM, WHIHCH TOOK HARDLY 2-3 MINUTES. I don't know, what they changed and inspected within 2-3 minutes. I was asking about this 15 point check to the guy with pimple on his face. He was very much irresponsive to answer my questions and so rude when I am asking more questions. He don't know, how to behave to customers, but they know very well how to fool us. If you go here with Group-on, they will treat you like, they are providing the service at free of cost. Also he didn't provide any receipt for what he checked and what he changed. I believe, he didn't changed anything on my car, as I didn't feel any smoothness in my car after this service. Forget the grease monkey named Tony trying to upsell you a $1700 transmission when you just need an oil change. Well I don't know maybe these guys are named Tony, but in any case they are honest and fair. He showed me the air filter and asked if I wanted it replaced -- it was in decent shape -- and when I said no, he left it at that. Also with the Groupon you get a GREAT DEAL at $36 for synthetic blend oil change. But the best part is the speed. I was in and out in 15 minutes for the oil change. The dude asked me "you drove all the way out here from New Haven for an oil change?" Hell yes Tony and I'd do it again. A+ read more

My husband gave me a Groupon to get my oil changed at Minit Lube. Victor, the manager was great!! He helped me with an issue with my Groupon and took my car right in. I was there no longer than 20 minutes. Michael, the tech was friendly when he brought my car back out of the bay. They were both very nice, professional and efficient. Not only did they change my oil but also did a safety check to make sure my car was safe and ready to hit the road. They have a forever customer now!!! read more

I had a fleet account with this company. The person who claimed to be the manager had a problem with one of our employees. When we reached out to rectify the situation we met with extreme hostility and rudeness. The manager posted a bad review of our company as if he used our services and said he would never use us. We asked to speak to the owner and he refused to give us contact information and refused to connect us with them. When I informed him that we would have to cease doing business with them he seemed pleased. read more

I had a horrible experience where they tried to sell me everything under the sun and then I asked him to show me one of the filters he said was dirty needs to be replaced so I asked to see the filter that was so bad and the only thing wrong with it was there was a couple of leaves in the filter Then he wouldn't take them out he wouldn't let me take them out and he just said oh no you could blame me if something went wrong I've never seen a place try to rip you off so bad and then there's a piece of equipment hanging right by the register that of course he's trying to sell me as well i'll tell you I couldn't believe when he wouldn't even tell me the parts that he said I needed he said he told me once and I said I didn't need them and I asked him again what were those parts he wouldn't tell me another sign of a rip-off you didn't tell me because I wanted to let my personal mechanic know after all I was only in there for an oil change This debacle he wanted to charge me was$ 279 a lot cheaper than the $1700 that they tried to rip off from one of the other patrons . Then I heard him say he wasn't going to wash my car which was part of the service because of my attitude I'll tell you don't go there period other person that had a bad review of the place a new transmission but I only have 28,000 miles on my car I will never go back there again I guess I got away lucky seeing how he was only trying to get $279 from me and you $1700 I agree with you I'll never go back there again read more
