The beauty counters were attractively set up and there was plenty of help on the sales floor. I went over to the Lancome counter since I was getting low on some of the products that I usually buy from that company. The saleslady was very helpful and got me the cleanser and eye cream that I was looking to buy. I am happy with the service that I received and look forward to frequenting this Nordstrom store again.

They were running a sale on ladies clothing so I took advantage of the good prices they were offering and got a couple of summer tops. There were plenty of sales clerks walking the floor making sure customers were doing okay and finding what they were looking for. Plenty of registers were open as well so I had no trouble finding a cashier when I wanted to pay for my items. I stopped by the Estee Lauder counter to look around and the saleslady who was running the counter gave me some good recommendations on a new lipstick to try. Next time I am in the mall I will be sure to come back and do some more shopping at this Macy's store.

When I returned it at the store, it turns out that the TV serial number didn't match the box. Upon further inspection it was actually a Sony tv. So, somone in the store or their distributor swapped TVs and I'm out $400. Store customer service and managers couldn't care less and just kept repeating that there is nothing they can do if the serial numbers don't match. No investigation or research or concern about internal theft/fraud of any kind. So I'll try disputing the charge, going to small claims, etc. What an unnecessary waste of time, money and frustration due to Target fraud!
