My HOA had scheduled an…read moreinspection around the same time my husband got a job transfer so i felt a little help cleaning up would be great... boy was i wrong. My family spent all weekend tiding up so that the maid would have less work to do. I had asked for a basic 4 hour cleaning session. I wanted the kitchen, the floors, and bathrooms. The first maid came and stayed about 40 minutes before saying she had a family emergency and had to go. Her supervisor txted and scheduled for someone else to come in the evening. They arrived washed some dishes and then bailed, telling my oldest daughter "I will be right back i'm just putting away my things"... she never came back... then i receive a txt saying they're canceling my cleaning and i will receive a "refund" (still haven't received it). Saying that my home would need more cleaning? Both maids never left the kitchen never to even remotely asses if i needed more hours (which i offered to pay for) ... All in all i got absolutely zip from this company and am EXTREMELY disappointed. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The cleaners/maids are not committed to the job and would rather be doing whatever else than what they are paid to do.

My house is extremely tidy but I just need a deep clean of those items such as Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Floors, Showers, Dusting, moping all tile, vacuum all carpet. and was told to put together a priority list so I did. As mentioned I keep my home extremely clean so it didn't worry me that the price had a min of 4 hours. I though that's great, because the ladies could focus on those items that need deep cleaning which is more than enough time. The two ladies (Sheila and Erika) showed up on time with great attitudes. I walked them over those items I'd like to be done and let me go about there work. Within 2 hours they were done and had me sign to complete. However I was not satisfied as they only cleaned the outside of the oven and microwave. They didn't vacuum the stairs and the Master Bedroom toilet had blue liquid in the bowl. My tile floors were mopped but not vacuumed or swept. Again, thank you for showing up on time and sending to wonderful ladies. However, perhaps my expectations are too high so I hope to find a service that can help me with a cleaning worth the time and money.

Downsizing is a very difficult job but they made it much easier. They did more than expected like repairing some things, putting some furniture together and making design suggestions that I am eternally grateful for. As I write this, they are cataloging a lifetime of my artwork for me-a job that I am not able to do right now, nor really want to. It seem so overwhelming. Their entire staff is great. For events and appointments, I just assumed that I'd remember them all in my head. After working with Justin, organization has become addictive. Never again will I feel the anxiety of needing a tool and knowing I have to deal with the chaotic experience of finding it. The sense of lightness is so refreshing. My office, my closet, my garage, my car, and my calendar all greatly improved. Suddenly I can see my desk, know what clothes I have, park in my garage, put an actual cup in my car's cup holder, etc and I've been able to maintain those systems to this day. I had reached out to them and not even a day later, Sarah had messaged me and helped get me connected with Danika who came out for two back-to-back organizing sessions (on the weekend no less!) Danika's organization method helped me get through a bunch of old boxes, papers, furniture, and other clutter and out of the house. She even took the donatable items to drop off! As part of the process, I was more hands-on and helping go through stuff so I could feel involved, but she works with you to make sure you're comfortable with any and everything as it gets sorted. A huge win to keeping the process simple and moving along. Finally, I was left with my own homework tasks to get done to help keep my space organized. Danika helped identify some furniture and other organizing equipment suited to my space and lifestyle that I can implement at my pace.
