To be honest, we visit each time we're in the area but there's not many stores we would shop at. It's just fun to peruse and window shop here. It is a pretty dated mall but people love it. We tried the food court a few times and the food here is okay but you'll probably do better venturing to eat outside. Overall, a fun place to pass the time and a centre for community.

In fact, the multi year transformation that its currently undergoing makes it less of a traditional mall and more of a mini city that has spawned into a mixed-use commercial district. Their use of natural lighting all throughout the space makes it an ideal place for a photo in any corner. In addition to the space, many stores have stepped in with a good number that are high-end to appease all of the new money coming into the city of Richmond. It has become a leisurely destination for families and teenagers as folks roam the mall from corner to corner. One of the most significant transformations has been their food court, which has been dubbed the DiningTERRACE and features a number of food and drink spots. The only downside has been the mediocrity of most spots, which has plenty of room for improvement. Parking is also a mess, especially during the weekend. Folks are constantly competing for space and camping out has become a necessity during their busiest times. Terrible and unacceptable business practices. I was overcharged on some items receipt compared to…read moresticker. I called the store and Jay who happened to be my cashier also answered the phone. Jay was not particularly engaged nor apologetic. He never once said sorry. Jay first told me I had the option to drive back to the store for a refund or take store credit. After a lot of back and forth, Jay eventually figured out that he could take ownership to fix the error by calling monaris to issue a refund. That was a reasonable course of action except for the fact that when he called me back to let me know, he cared so little about clients and his mistake, he told me a refund was done and hung up on me before I got a word out. Amazon's customer service is excellent. They apologize for errors, and they certainly have much more competitive pricing nor do they overcharge.
