    Made an appointment at 12:30 for a test drive, waited until 1:15, the salesperson just ran away. Strange. Wasted 2 hours coming here.

PRODUCTS The saving grace of Napa: + wide selection of auto parts. + decent prices; better if you order online - 10% off. === 3. SERVICE The big challenge here: - somehow, an online order is shelved/put away after 10 days without pickup. I learned this during pickup on day 12. There was no warning other than the response from the attendant who helped me at the counter. - Alas, the same attendant made me feel like I was a criminal for coming in after the 10 day time limit had lapsed and created more work for him to look up the part, get it from the appropriate shelf in store, and reluctantly work through my request to match the 10% discount for my order (which I showed him a picture of on my phone). - As others have remarked: it seems like there are a lot of staff working...just not at the front. One client took up all of the time of the one attendant at the counter, leaving the rest of us to line up for a long time...as the other staff walked back and forth in front of us. Other tills were open, and the three other staff could see all of us, but retail customer service appears to be of less importance here. === 4. ENVIRONMENT The retail side of the operations is small; it looks likes an auto mechanic shop with the fluroescent lights above, shelves of car parts available, and darker colours (greasy looking perhaps) on the floors and walls. Not unpleasant, but certainly not modern and clean. Wheelchairs and baby strollers could fit in the aisles. Parking is relatively plentiful in the private just outside.

"Napa parts, can you hold?" *click* "Fuck it I'm not dealing with this anymore today" - Actual exchange overheard while in line. One employee at the counter, two others standing in the back glaring at customers challenging them to ask for help. I'll go to the junk yard to siphon motor oil and used filters out the wrecked cars before I buy anything here. They are one tiny step away from being a fairly entertaining sitcom. Other Napa locations seem to be fine. It's just this one.

    As so many others, I purchased a policy for my Jeep Cherokee, which was supposed to provide a 1000…read moredollar refund if no claims were made. You have a measly 30 day window to provide a notarized claim. I took out the policy in 2016, and it expired Dec 31, 2025. I remembered a few days into February and phoned to see if I could still submit a claim and was told no. They count on people not acting instantly. Considering I took out the policy nearly TEN YEARS ago, I think 40 days after expiry is not unreasonable.

    I was pressured into buying the Secure Drive Elite Mechanical Breakdown Insurance Policy and was…read moreassured that it was the best option for my 2019 Tesla Model 3. I got home and called the dealership back because I changed my mind and they convinced me to keep it. Now I look at the fine print only to see that it only covers for 48 months or 142,000 km when my Tesla Warranty covers up to 150,000 km. I called Secure Drive recently to cancel and they said "sorry, it has already been past 30 days". It shouldn't matter if i haven't made any claims. Even ICBC gives you a refund if you cancel your car insurance. What a scam!!! Don't get roped into this by anyone let alone what is claiming to be a reputable dealership. ALSO.....FYI...Dealerships are encouraged to aggressively sell these Secure Drive Insurance Policies because they get a huge commission on them and generally mark the price up extensively.
