And get this--mine was the very first RX 10 they sold! That made the experience even more special, and Jordan handled the flagship bow setup like a true professional. The setup process was detailed and meticulous, especially since I was keen on utilizing the new Hoyt XTS tuning system right away. I know I can be a bit particular when it comes to getting a bow dialed in, but Jordan was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire process. They walked me through every adjustment, explaining the nuances of the XTS system without ever making me feel rushed. Jordan's expertise and commitment to making sure the bow was perfectly tailored to me were truly outstanding. It's rare to find that level of dedication and customer service. I ended up purchasing two - I like the Rambler bottle straw caps better than the default screw top lid that comes standard with Yeti water bottles. The Rambler bottle straw cap (I don't use the straw) - allow one to open the bottle and drink one handed. I have several Yeti water bottles - so one of my smaller bottles has now transitioned from the standard screw top to the Rambler. Plenty of Yeti products in supply. Service was good. Very poor customer service I purchased a couple of items that came to $300. On top of this, when I spoke with Terrell, he became upset when I asked for his manager ( whom I found out from another employee that the managers name was Jamal). When I asked Terrell what his managers name was he said "I have no idea what you're talking about... " and I asked him what he meant by that he said for me to leave his store.
