After living in the area for years, I always passed by the whimsical exterior. I finally ventured in for the first time and wish I had done so sooner. It not only has the charm and magicalness of walking into a witch's cottage or a fairy garden shop, but is also a time capsule where you can find calendars from 2007 with whimsical fairies that you can still buy today. In other places, I would absolutely be put off by the old merchandise, but in a place like Forget Me Not Factory, it absolutely fits the vibe of the establishment, and I actually really enjoyed finding old things for sale there. It felt like stepping into the past, and I cannot wait to go back. Whether to find new items for my garden or supplies to make my next Ren fair costume.

This place really captured it correctly when it picked its name. You will not forget this place…read moreonce your visit it. You walk in and are transported into many different lands. This place is multi-level and can take quite some time to explore. If you are looking for items for a fairy garden, you will definitely find it here. Honestly, there is so much in here that it can be overstimulating. I know I wandered about this space for quite some time and contemplated buying so many items in here. Everything miniature you can think of is in this space. A lot of the items in here can possibly be used to construct Christmas villages as well. If I remember correctly I was mesmerized by the Ghostbuster items. I just couldn't justify the prices they were asking for some of the items. In short, this place is quirky and definitely worth a stop if you want to grab a unique gift for someone. Or if you have a little one with you that might want to indulge in some make believe.

Just about everything except D&D figures--no big whoop!…read more So(!), was in the area the other day. Someone told me about this place years ago, never bothered till now. Managed to get there on a good day, easy parking. it's a small shopping center, y'know? Walking in, it literally was wall-to-wall vintage collectibles. Many still in their packages. Walking through it all brought a sense of nostalgia, but at the same time I felt a dull pain--in my wallet. Whatever your focus is, collecting can be expensive and time consuming. Star Wars, Barbie, He-Man, Star Trek (to a lesser extent)...DC/Marvel superheroes. Collectible toy cars (Hot wheels, etc.). There's a lot to look at. Some in their own package, some bagged specifically for the store. 85% of what's there are action figures and such. The rest is a mix of collectible comics, toy cars, and other odd bits. I'd say the prices are reasonable, though a handful of the limited edition collectibles (such as a Sideshow figure of Ghost Rider on his flaming bike) had prices which gave heart palpitations. Era-wise, I'd say the vast majority of toys there are mid-70's on. So there are toys related to "The Six Million Dollar Man", as an example. There were some older 50's era pieces as well. And, like i said, some comics. If I had more time to look I would've stayed longer, but time's the one thing I didn't have. Speaking of which, they were out of the one thing I was looking for. Not a problem, though. If it's not there I won't be tempted to buy it. One more thing: They opened up a 'dollar store' version of the shop a few doors down. It has what you'd expect to find there.

Overall the store is fun and filled with nostalgic toys and comics from the past. (The Sour) The forth time I visited was honestly down right disappointing. The owner and manger were gone and there were two workers there, one very helpful, informative, and personable. The second, not so much. A tall, skinny white guy, with a big lump on his neck. He was rude, dismissive, and raised his voice at me. (I felt uncomfortable asking him questions) I brought a comic to the front from their $40 bin to purchase and he said he had to do a price check. I waited patiently while he checked, he said he wasn't going to sell it to me because he couldn't confirm the price. The second person helped explain why (missing a sticker) which I understood and accepted. I went to check out my other 2 comics and I politely mentioned to the tall, skinny guy, with the lump on his neck that he should be more kind and explain things better. He pointed the graded comic in my face, started shaking it in front of me, and said "you don't tell me what to do, leave the store, bye" I said I would still like to buy the other comics and his response was "I'm not selling you SH*T! GET OUT"
