I noticed they also have the bars on the ceiling as well, I'm assuming if you want the masseuse to walk on your back? Anyway, the masseuse will get up on the table to really use their full body (nothing inappropriate!) but also they will communicate and ensure that they are applying the pressure that you want. I think my only critique is she spent a lot of time on my back and I wish she would have evened it out a bit to other parts of my body as well.

OMG! It was absolutely one of the best massages of my life…read more My wife and I travel a lot and she LOVES massages,, so after 26 years of marriage so do I. I was hurting after a week on airplanes, so as soon as I landed at BNA, I went straight to AA Foot Spa, with my luggage, based solely on their reviews. I also used Alice based on the reviews and I'm so grateful I did. I bet I've had 100+ massages, from airport chair massage, to shopping center foot massage, to Pebble Beach SPA, Bellagio, etc... Alice is a muscle whisperer. She was incredible, and not for $200+ an hour, but more like $70. If you're used to going to high-end bougie places, this is going to feel like theft as it's so affordable. It doesn't have all the amenities, but they do use a full size cover up, the bed is comfortable and the room feels about the same. However, if you've already mastered the art of the affordable Asian foot spa, then just know, she's been there over a decade, and she speak clear English. You can have an actual conversation and explain your pains. It's the best of both world's. NOTE: the area looks rough and the outside of the building seems sketchy. If it weren't for the reviews I never would have tried it, but I'm glad I did. Alice is incredible! She's a muscle and soreness whisperer who just inherently finds the pain and fixes it. I wasn't bruised after, was able to have her focus on specific areas, yet felt 100 times better. Could not recommend Alice and AA Foot Spa enough!

They had to move my appointment back 30 min and called and texted me to make sure that was ok. When I arrived, I waited about 5 minutes. The place was clean and they offered me a bottle of water. The massage was just ok, it felt more like someone rubbing lotion on me vs a massage. I do know that quality can vary at these places, so it could have just been the person I was working with. I doubt I will come back.

My experience here was overall great. I got the one hour full body massage and I was shockingly…read morepleased to see my masseuse respected my wishes when I specifically requested softer pressure. Most places I've been to, the masseuse usually starts off on the right foot then slowly veers off causing it to be too much pressure for my liking. Their availability and quick over the phone booking process is what originally made this place stand out considering most parlors didn't have a slot open until the following week and the online booking looked like such a hassle. A couple of things I observed that kept me from giving the establishment five stars was the pricing as well as how my massage concluded. Most salons have a standard $60 one hour full body massage so the $65 slightly caught me off guard. I usually wouldn't mind too much if hot stones were included at the minimum (customarily provided more often than not at massage parlors) or at least was turned over from laying on my stomach. I anticipated turning over onto my back and having the other half of my body massaged. Nonetheless, a five dollar difference in service wouldn't necessarily stop me from returning taking into account that the ambience and hospitality was the most relaxing by far!

Note that in 2026 the salt room is no longer available as a therapy option, but the massages and ionic foot spa are available. I've had massages before (like facial or pedicure), but this was my first Swedish massage. I was worried that my sensitivity to scents might be a problem, but the lotion she used was unscented. Everything in the room I was in was tidy and calming. I appreciated the attention to detail. We got started a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time, since other clients were finishing up, but Jay made sure I got the full length I'd booked for. I feel so relaxed! I'll be coming back for sure!

Great experience! You never fully know what to expect when you go to a masseuse for the first time…read more Jessica was very professional and caring. She inquired about my needs and then went to work. She found knots I didn't know I had and worked them out with a variety of techniques and pressure. All without causing me undue pain during & AFTER our session. Her professionalism was on point. I was draped appropriately at all times and was not touched anywhere that I shouldn't be. Really recommend going for the 90 minute session if you have big areas of trouble. I will seek her services again before we leave the Nashville area. P.S. Booking a session via Massagebook.com was very easy, also filling out all the before session paperwork was very straight forward. Booked and filled out info via my iPhone.

I went to Simona yesterday and she worked her magic. She spend an extra 30 minutes with me because she understood it wasn't only my back that was tight. She massaged my entire body where my muscles were tight from head to toe. In addition, she sent me home with multiple stretches. Her therapy worked. My back pains significantly reduced and I am finally on the road to recovery. I've been to many massages therapist and they always leave me wanting more. Not with Simona. She perfected the deep tissue massage and understands how muscles work. Plus, she is quite reasonable. I look forward to my next massage with Simona in 2 weeks. Please note her office location has changed. Mona LIsa's changed location to 4004 Hillsboro Pike, Suite 125 (Upstairs suite in the chiropractor's office). The atmosphere is much better than the old office. If you are looking for an upscale spa, then that office isn't for you. Yet if you are looking for a Massage Envy atmosphere, then her office fits the bill.
