OMG! It was absolutely one of the best massages of my life. My wife and I travel a lot and she LOVES massages,, so after 26 years of marriage so do I. I was hurting after a week on airplanes, so as soon as I landed at BNA, I went straight to AA Foot Spa, with my luggage, based solely on their reviews. I also used Alice based on the reviews and I'm so grateful I did. I bet I've had 100+ massages, from airport chair massage, to shopping center foot massage, to Pebble Beach SPA, Bellagio, etc... Alice is a muscle whisperer. She was incredible, and not for $200+ an hour, but more like $70. If you're used to going to high-end bougie places, this is going to feel like theft as it's so affordable. It doesn't have all the amenities, but they do use a full size cover up, the bed is comfortable and the room feels about the same. However, if you've already mastered the art of the affordable Asian foot spa, then just know, she's been there over a decade, and she speak clear English. You can have an actual conversation and explain your pains. It's the best of both world's. NOTE: the area looks rough and the outside of the building seems sketchy. If it weren't for the reviews I never would have tried it, but I'm glad I did. Alice is incredible! She's a muscle and soreness whisperer who just inherently finds the pain and fixes it. I wasn't bruised after, was able to have her focus on specific areas, yet felt 100 times better. Could not recommend Alice and AA Foot Spa enough! read more

I went for the 30 minute foot massage to try out a new spot. I made an appointment in the morning for that evening. They had to move my appointment back 30 min and called and texted me to make sure that was ok. When I arrived, I waited about 5 minutes. The place was clean and they offered me a bottle of water. The massage was just ok, it felt more like someone rubbing lotion on me vs a massage. I do know that quality can vary at these places, so it could have just been the person I was working with. I doubt I will come back. read more

I stopped for a much needed massage on my way to the airport. After driving around in a rental car my body needed some help. Especially my back and shoulders. My therapist asked if I had any trouble areas and I told her my shoulders were bothering me. She did not ignore them and spend extra time there. This is only 15 minutes from the airport so I was able to squeeze in a 60 minute massage and still make my flight. $70 and well worth it. Nice and clean place. Don't forget to tip your massage therapist! read more

My friend and I were visiting Nashville. We both wanted massages. I opted for the 30 minute foot massage and then 40 minute massage. It was great. I had a male therapist. I was having neck and back pain I think from the flight and I felt much better afterward. My friend had the 90 minute massage and she said it was wonderful. As many other reviewers said, they do charge $3.00 extra if you use a credit card. I don't think that is great for the small cost of the services. If it was thousands of dollars and a small business, I can understand charging for credit card usage. I would not imagine many people are carrying around a lot of cash. Nonetheless, if I ever visit Nashville again, I would go to AA Foot Spa for massages. read more

We have been customers at AA Foot spa for four years. We have always received phenomenal service. Recently they've decided to charge three extra dollars for people using credit cards. And this was the first time the lady behind the counter pushed me to leave a bigger tip. I'm going to have to find another massage place because I don't think that service people should be entitled to push someone for a tip. read more

No...tip was not asked nor begged for more Yes..price DID increase from 60min for $60 to 60min for $70. No..nothing was made happy. This is a legit service. All my muscles were attended and even stretched out. I didn't know my muscles were that tight. Yes..this place is clean. And no service was charged for using a credit card. Went here because someone gave me a gift certificate. I hated it. Smelled bad. The guy was very forceful and laughed when I requested less pressure. I was very uncomfortable. Then, when I left, I gave the gift certificate which said "$55 + 10" which I interpreted as $55 for a service + $10 tip already paid for. Their handwritten "records" on a tiny notepad only said $55 and they had zero explanation for why it also said "+ 10" so I begrudgingly threw cash on the counter and walked out. Very impressed by this Chinese run establishment. This is not a Massage Envy or some chain like that - I can speak from experience as a Massage Envy member. They don't mess around, or are afraid of necessarily massaging areas other places maybe avoid. They don't really ask you what you want or pressure or anything, but for me, I didn't mind because it was excellent and well priced for what you get. I've never been to a "foot spa" place before, best man took me here for part of my Bachelor party. Having a foot massage is amazing - you don't know how good until you have one. About half the time is spent just on the feet/lower leg area. They do maybe surprise you by massaging the upper thighs without warning, but all very professional, nothing untoward. Second phase move into private room for a typical full body massage, they use hot oil so be prepared. They don't mess around - my masseuse got onto the table to get the right amount of pressure. I wish I had one of these where I lived - more affordable and get more for your money. If you're in Nashville, this is definitely worth it. read more

Wow! This experience was wonderful. We came for a couples massage - it started with foot reflexology then we moved on to the table for a back massage. We both left feeling so aligned and refreshed. They were able to get all our kinks out. She realigned my hip by bending my leg at 3 angles and was able to push lots mucous out my lungs via the back massage. read more
