I had a terrible massage with a woman who didn't understand me. I tried to get out of there after only 30 minutes, but I didn't wanna get her fired so I stayed for a little bit longer because I was worried she might get in trouble. I'm sure she needs to a job just like everyone else and instead of taking care of me a longtime customer they only cared about making as much money as possible & they just wanted to charge me full price and could care less about me as a customer. The last time we did this, I didn't come back for a year and there's a good chance I'll never come back. I'm beyond disappointed by their service. And I tip at least 50%, I go every week that's at least $1000+ I spend there every month. If they had taken care of me, I was gonna come back tomorrow and spend more money again. But They don't care about you they just care about $. I'm beyond disappointed. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I went to Simona yesterday and she worked her magic. She spend an extra 30 minutes with me because she understood it wasn't only my back that was tight. She massaged my entire body where my muscles were tight from head to toe. In addition, she sent me home with multiple stretches. Her therapy worked. My back pains significantly reduced and I am finally on the road to recovery. I've been to many massages therapist and they always leave me wanting more. Not with Simona. She perfected the deep tissue massage and understands how muscles work. Plus, she is quite reasonable. I look forward to my next massage with Simona in 2 weeks. Please note her office location has changed. Mona LIsa's changed location to 4004 Hillsboro Pike, Suite 125 (Upstairs suite in the chiropractor's office). The atmosphere is much better than the old office. If you are looking for an upscale spa, then that office isn't for you. Yet if you are looking for a Massage Envy atmosphere, then her office fits the bill.
