OMG! It was absolutely one of the best massages of my life…read more My wife and I travel a lot and she LOVES massages,, so after 26 years of marriage so do I. I was hurting after a week on airplanes, so as soon as I landed at BNA, I went straight to AA Foot Spa, with my luggage, based solely on their reviews. I also used Alice based on the reviews and I'm so grateful I did. I bet I've had 100+ massages, from airport chair massage, to shopping center foot massage, to Pebble Beach SPA, Bellagio, etc... Alice is a muscle whisperer. She was incredible, and not for $200+ an hour, but more like $70. If you're used to going to high-end bougie places, this is going to feel like theft as it's so affordable. It doesn't have all the amenities, but they do use a full size cover up, the bed is comfortable and the room feels about the same. However, if you've already mastered the art of the affordable Asian foot spa, then just know, she's been there over a decade, and she speak clear English. You can have an actual conversation and explain your pains. It's the best of both world's. NOTE: the area looks rough and the outside of the building seems sketchy. If it weren't for the reviews I never would have tried it, but I'm glad I did. Alice is incredible! She's a muscle and soreness whisperer who just inherently finds the pain and fixes it. I wasn't bruised after, was able to have her focus on specific areas, yet felt 100 times better. Could not recommend Alice and AA Foot Spa enough!

They had to move my appointment back 30 min and called and texted me to make sure that was ok. When I arrived, I waited about 5 minutes. The place was clean and they offered me a bottle of water. The massage was just ok, it felt more like someone rubbing lotion on me vs a massage. I do know that quality can vary at these places, so it could have just been the person I was working with. I doubt I will come back.

We had a good couple's massage here (It's also called iMassage). I will list the pros and cons here…read moreso you can make an informed decision before you come. PROS: Marilyn and Sharondia were communicative, they were able to give me an appointment the same week which I appreciate. The massage office is easy to find with plenty of parking space, it was clean, the massage beds were comfortable. The massage music that they were playing was very relaxing. We had a couple's one hour massage. I had Marilyn and she did a great job. However my wife said Sharondia did an amazing job and even offered her hot stones and eye masks. She really felt like an VIP with Sharondia. CONS: The office is located in the Elm Park Plaza, in an older building housing many different businesses like travel agents, lawyer's office, staffing office etc. The door was locked on the weekends, so when you arrive you will have to text them to let you in. If they are with a client you will have to wait a little bit. Even though the office was clean it looked a little run down, however when you are getting the massage your eyes will be closed anyway so it was not a big issue. My only thing is that when we got the couple's massage, my wife got eye masks and hot stones and I did not get any, which was disappointing, I wish their service is consistent across the board. It was a great massage but not the best massage I've ever gotten. P.S. they did require a $90 deposit for our massage prior to avoid no shows, which was refunded promptly or you could apply credits after massage. Overall, I would recommend imassage!
