I have also had an amazing experience there. I have seen a few different massage therapists and all have been excellent. I am currently going to Melissa - she does a wonderful job and checks in throughout the session about pressure, comfort, and reminds to relax and breathe. I also appreciate that they have parking available. I did the 45 min. Vedic Head Massage with Austin and it was amazing! They focus on your scalp, face/jaw, neck, shoulders, briefly the arms/hands. PROS: Marilyn and Sharondia were communicative, they were able to give me an appointment the same week which I appreciate. The massage office is easy to find with plenty of parking space, it was clean, the massage beds were comfortable. The massage music that they were playing was very relaxing. We had a couple's one hour massage. I had Marilyn and she did a great job. However my wife said Sharondia did an amazing job and even offered her hot stones and eye masks. She really felt like an VIP with Sharondia. CONS: The office is located in the Elm Park Plaza, in an older building housing many different businesses like travel agents, lawyer's office, staffing office etc. The door was locked on the weekends, so when you arrive you will have to text them to let you in. If they are with a client you will have to wait a little bit. Even though the office was clean it looked a little run down, however when you are getting the massage your eyes will be closed anyway so it was not a big issue. My only thing is that when we got the couple's massage, my wife got eye masks and hot stones and I did not get any, which was disappointing, I wish their service is consistent across the board. It was a great massage but not the best massage I've ever gotten. P.S. they did require a $90 deposit for our massage prior to avoid no shows, which was refunded promptly or you could apply credits after massage. Overall, I would recommend imassage!

There is street parking available, as it's a downtown location. My husband was able to just drop me off at the door though! I was greeted promptly, directed to the very nice bathroom/changing room that has a fluffy robe and shoes (I just wore my own slippers I brought). Lots of things in there for you to freshen up with after your massage, including showers! I was offered a drink and ordered some tea and was led to a beautifully serene waiting room. This is where I filled out my paperwork. There also were a few snacks offered! Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate they ask before if you want quiet or conversation, so it's not awkward if you just want silence! She was so incredible - I left being able to move my neck and a month later have no pain still! Worth every penny.
