I was stressed out and my birthday was coming up, so my husband invited Cindy to take care of me. What a magical surprise it was! Wow. As a 28 year old with gymnastic injuries and neck/shoulder pain, I've been to dozens of different chiropractors and massage therapists, but none of them top what Cindy can do. Let me first start by saying this is not your average "feel good" fruufruu massage. If you have serious pain and discomfort, then check out Cindy. I have extreme tenderness deep in my shoulder blade area, hindering my neck's ROM and causing all around pain. I was recommended to Cindy from a co-worker and I'm glad I took their advice, because I just about gave up on wasting my money with amateur massage therapists. Cindy uses homemade masssage oil which smell wonderful and helps your mind and muscles relax. I didn't even have to pinpoint the exact spot, she just felt around and followed the muscle to the source of the knot. She was unable to get under my shoulder blade at first (which is understandable) so she had me position my arm so the muscles would move and expose the problem area. Cindy also incorporate very light weights to assist gravity in pulling muscles in a certain direction, really allowing her hands to get down to the deep knots. I highly recommend Cindy as an extremely skilled, well-trained, healing-oriented massage therapist. read more

My trainer recommended Cindy to me because I'd been having a lot of trouble with my back. I'd had several months of PT, tried chiropractic, acupuncture, and drugs, and was regularly sleeping with a heating pad. While some of those helped. I was still in pretty bad shape. Wow! My sister and I have both enjoyed amazing massages from Cindy. She is a true healer...very intuitive, and sensitive, and absolutely working in the Light.
