The C3 is what I usually get which covers the entire body from scalp to toes. They'll soak your feet in a basin(with plastic around it for sanitation).. so while you soak, they'll work on your forehead and scalp area using pressure points. (WHO doesn't love a scalp massage?!) After that, they'll take your feet out to dry and they'll massage each foot using pressure points as well. They'll work a little on both arms. Your tech should ask you while he's working on you if the pressure is OK or do you want a little more pressure. They'll have you flip facing down, and this is my fave since they work the stress off out your shoulders and underneath your shoulder blades. OMG! So good. Out of the year I've been going here, I've only received ONE bad massage (it was only bad bc it felt like it was done in a lazy way) Other then that, I love the peaceful environment and make sure to tip your tech well bc the prices on the massages are very AFFORDABLE! Best spot in town, and every tech is awesome! You won't be disappointed Xo!

Last night I really needed it extra, as I had pulled something in my lower back/hip/ buttocks area, and almost couldn't walk. Not to mention all the other ligaments throughout my body that are hurting on a regular basis. I asked for Helen, but they said she wasn't there, but the lady that was, did a great job, and to me it felt she was using using focused chi energy mixed in with the massaging itself. I came out much more able to better walk than I went in. I topped it all off when I went home and took a long hot shower with the water focused on the area that had been giving me the walking issues and today woke up being able to walk so much better. The massage really made a big difference to get the most out of the hot shower. I did the 90 min full body massage, which is what I got every other time I went there, and it seems to me the price has dropped significantly since the last time I went(dropped by $40 by my recollection); so I'd recommend getting in there to take advantage of that as well. The atmosphere and vibe is always great there too. The biggest thing that I'd like to change is to be able to communicate fluently in English with all of the staff. Otherwise, great experience, highly recommended.

After getting undressed, I did have to wait about 6-8 minutes before she came back. She was switching music on and off in my room trying to set the vibe and getting everything ready. No big deal, but I wish I could've started on time. The massage was good, she took her time and got my knots out on my back and shoulders. The extra $30 I paid for the foot massage was not worth it, in my opinion. I wish she would've massaged the soles and heels more. Overall, it was a good experience but I'm not sure I'll go back for the price.
