Cinnamon Roll Pancake Rolls with Pina Colada Mimosa
    Angela M.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed brunch today. Wait was half the time they estimated. The mimosas were delish - I ordered pina colada mimosa and my friend got a very berry mimosa. She ordered cinnamon swirl french toast with a side of bacon and I got the cinnamon roll pancake roll ups and a side of bacon. The food was amazing and the service was perfection. Loved everything about this place and will definitely be coming back with the family. Adorable painting on the way and comfortable seating.

Have been wanting to try this restaurant ever since I saw it go up. Today we finally did. Pulled into the parking lot and the staff helped me rescue a softshell turtle. So props to the staff for being nature friendly. I have the pineapple mimosa, and my daughter had the berry mimosa they were quite nice & refreshing. I absolutely love crêpes and have a hard time finding someplace. That makes them well. Well no more I have found my place. My daughter also ordered a more traditional breakfast and loved it. The portion sizes are huge, but I will admit I ate all of my crêpes. I don't think I need lunch or dinner tonight. I have family coming into town from Ohio next week and we are planning on coming straight to Mimosa's after the airport.

We tried Mimosa's Brunch for the first time this morning. We arrived around 11 and had about a 15 min wait for 2. The restaurant looked clean and very cute (had a very upscale look). It was a little warm in there, but may have been a building issue. We ordered the pina colada mimosa and the very berry mimosa along with the cowboy benedict and the cinnamon roll pancakes. Both were very delicious. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Then I saw the Chef special board and was like what is going on in here? The intrigue of the Miami wings and the tile fish taco special was too much for this foodie to pass up. I got a table within a minute or two and sat down on the beautiful dock side on a gorgeous day. We enjoyed all kinds of aerial acrobatics, two baby dolphins cruising around, but the real star was the food. I had a mahi-mahi Caribbean bowl that was simply outrageously flavored, it was definitely on the sweeter side, but I have no complaints. The Miami wings were a knockout, even though they were an entrée we had them as an appetizer. It was the perfect amount for two to share. I can only say that everything else on the menu at our table had fresh fish and was awesome. I definitely recommend this place for the vibe, which is sort of upscale beachy, and the best coastal dining menu without the prices of high rent locations in the city limits. This was a quieter location, on the water, great service, and I will admit that I kind of fell in love. Can't wait to go back to this foodie heaven! Keep changing it up chef!

Its a shame to…read morehave the kind of place on the water, staff as happy and friendly as youd expect, but the food is not good. I don't know how else to explain, but you can tell when proteins haven't been "washed". There is a raw, gamey like taste that was present in the chicken wings, then again in the fish. It was to the point I could not eat it and my wife had to share her shrimp and grits. The grits were well attended to, stirred occasionally, seasoned well and very creamy. The shrimp was flavorful and it all paired well. The sauce on what I believe was called "miami" flavored, was good, but the chicken was not edible unless you would bite a chicken in the wild. I won't be back.

After a couple hours laying on the beach I was starving and immediately thought of it again. So glad I went back. It's really close to Cocoa Beach and sits in such a cute little beach town area. Ambiance: 8/10 Super cute spot with a great tiki beach vibe. There's a big bar in the center with seating all around it, plus plenty of tables off to the side. I lucked out and grabbed a seat at the bar which was perfect after being out in the sun. High top chairs, chill energy, exactly what I was in the mood for. Service: 8/10 The girls behind the bar were great. I have some annoying allergies that tend to be in everything, and my food came out without the modifications at first. I hate sending food back, but had to on this one. They were really nice and apologetic about it though, which I appreciated. Super friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which is honestly my favorite. Food: 9/10 I got the brisket nachos without pickled onions or jalapenos and also tried the happy hour chicken bites. Both were so good. The brisket was chef's kiss. The chicken bites had that perfect light crunch on the outside and were still juicy inside. Honestly fire. If you're in the area I definitely recommend checking this place out. My only regret is not grabbing some of their merch before I left.

The staff was friendly, and our server apologized several times because the dinner rush hit all at once. We appreciated the communication and know that busy nights happen. That said, everything took quite a while, from getting drinks to receiving our food. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. It was dry, lacked flavor, and just didn't live up to the great vibe of the restaurant. It's a place with a really cool atmosphere, and I wanted to love it, but the food just didn't match the experience. Hopefully it was just an off night because the location and overall vibe have a lot of potential.
