Pretzel bites with nacho cheese dipping sauce.
Tracy B.

Pretzels are pretty good. Nice and soft. I ordered the pretzel bites via GoldBelly. I got 100 bites and 3 nacho cheese dipping sauce. It also came with 2 salt packets. I did like them but the instructions that came with it wasn't very good. I followed it and my pretzels came out a little to crispy. But, they were still good. Also I'm supporting a local business in a time of need. I will order from here again.

Pretzel salt all in box, none for the multiple pretzels ordered.

Date of visit: November 20, 2025…read more We had not been here in years, but came with some friends for the Milwaukee County Historical Society trivia. It definitely seemed that the staff here were simply not prepared for the volume of people that came out to celebrate the area and support the Historical Society. Emma, our server, was definitely trying, but not always succeeding, neglecting to enter in some parts of the order until far later into the evening (our friends didn't receive their order of garlic bread for about 45 minutes after their entrees were delivered) though oddly enough, she was always ready to bring someone another alcoholic beverage. Thankfully the food I had was pretty good, the grilled cheese sandwich paired well with their tomato bisque soup--I took a chance on the soup not being a traditional tomato soup fan (Campbell's? Gross!) but I found Three Lions version to be hearty and flavorful, definitely a combo that I would get again in the future. I would just come on a night when they could keep up with the crowds far better! Pro tip: Ask for croutons for the soup, they elevated a good soup to an amazing soup.

Prices are $15-$18 depending on the day. Brayson was our tour guide & gave an interesting overview of the history of Sprecher & beer/soda making so you can enjoy your drink better armed with the background knowledge. You can also skip the tour & freebie glass & just get the tastings for $10, a fantastic deal. Drink: I loved the non alcoholic beer. The best NA beer I've had. I would describe it as having a complex flavor profile with something vanilla like. The 2 other beers I tried were ok, good, not great. I'm mostly sugar free on the weekdays, minus the sugar I use in cooking so the sodas were way too sweet for my very personal taste. I liked the maple root beer the best. Food: The pretzel is gigantic, so fun & great for sharing. Extremely delicious. Pillowly goodness with mustard dip & cheese dip, both yummy. Service: Great tour, great bartender & service. Don't forget to have some cash for the tip jar. Ambiance: It's a casual bar setup. Pro tip: You must get the pretzel. I will be back for this & the non alcoholic beer.

They were warm and friendly, and didn't make us feel rushed at all. I decided on the mule, which was on tap. It was decent. For food, we got the giant pretzel and garlic Parmesan wings. We definitely underestimated the size of the pretzel and couldn't finish it. It can definitely be shared with groups of 3-6 people. That being said, it was very delicious! The wings were good, but I wasn't overly impressed. Obviously it's a brewery, so they're going to be more known for their beer than their food. Both the pretzel and the wings were a good lunch for my boyfriend and I to share (but a bit much like I mentioned!). There were lots of people of all ages there to do the tour. We didn't get a chance to do that, so I can't speak on it, but I can say it seemed popular!

It's been a long time since I've been to this Oktoberfest. Finally made a return over the weekend…read moreand totally forgot what a big, electric crowd it brings! Parking was a wild time, as they were directing people to an entirely different lot down the way, so it was a bit of hike to get to the entrance. Once we parked, we waited in like for 10 minutes or to get through the gates. I was tipped off the downland the Bavarian's app ahead of time, which got me $5 off my entry (and it was free from my little kiddo in tow). If you're looking for all the great German beer, German music, and German cuisine, this is your place! It's so fun to see how many attendees dress to theme in their lederhosens, dirndls, and hats. Some of the staff dress up as well, and of course those preforming on stage! We came to find out this isn't the greatest fest to take young kids, as the crowds are big, the lines are long, and the music (be it so fun and festive), is really loud. I'm sure we would have stayed longer if it was an adult-only trip. In any case, the food and drink are fare price. I'm now regretting not ordering the traditional pretzel and sausage options, but splitting a tasty platter of tenders and fries with my son hit the spot. Being pregnant, I'm not drinking, but friends we were with has nothing but great things to say about their German pints. The beer steins are of course an option which is a fun touch. Hot tip: if you can book a table reservation ahead of time, do so! That's what we did and it was a good call since this place is poppin. Happy official Fall! Enjoy!

We parked in a little cul de sac just outside the park and wandered up to the beer garden. It was a BEAUTIFUL sunshiney November day with surprisingly warm weather. Despite this, it was pretty quiet here, making me think Hubbard Park Beer Garden may still be one of MKE's best kept secret. We were greeted by picnic tables and igloos scattered among the trees and fall leaves. We ordered at a little walk-up cabin window. The staff working was pleasant, welcoming, and explained that we are given a chip with our steins of beer, and once returned we receive $5! This was a great way to encourage everyone to return the steins and clean up after themselves to keep the park clean. They were all out of cider so I went with a spotted cow, a Wisconsin favorite. This was my first time trying out spotted cow and I have to say, I understand the hype now. I ordered the soft pretzel as well which was delicious! We sat at a picnic table with the pups and enjoyed one of our last warmer days outside before winter hits. It was a perfect afternoon here at Hubbard Park, and I hope to back next fall!
