Okay, I admit it, I didn't call first but I was in West Bend anyway, and had taken along a lock I needed re-keyed with the intention of coming here. The Luck of the Irish was with me again as I caught Brian just as he was leaving for a job site. (I should have tried to call him first, just like you'll call first!) He took my storm door lock and explained what keying this particular lock would entail. He then left for his job site, and I went to the other business I was on my way to visit. Brian called me a couple of hours later and told me I could pick up my lock! I was pleased to be able to pick it up right away. He does NOT do automotive locks. If you're locked out of your car, call AAA, which is what you should do anyway. If you need any other kind of lock, safe, or security system, I recommend Brian at Vrana Lock & Safe for fast service and quality work. Call him. Seriously, call and make an appointment.

He not only installs the best sounding equipment., he manages it the best too. Over the years we have been able to tell when Carl is gone for the weekend. The music is too loud or it is out of balance. When local facilities have problems with the sound systems that Carl did not install--they call him to fix thier problems. Many people know that when you want the job done right you call Carl from Agape Audio. I see him doing sound all over the place. This shop had quite the selection but let me tell you the way the staff treated me was very unprofessional. I felt like I was being stared at in a inappropriate and uncomfortable way. The elderly man was quite rude and wanted to me to spend lots of money and leave. I can only imagine what they are getting young youth to purchase there if not more than CBD product. Preface- I live in KY, but am from WI I wanted a shirt printed, but did not have an actual design finalized because I am not an artist (wanted it to say Purebred Cheesehead, with some form or a Cheesehead image on it) and wanted it on a specific cut of shirt (a V-neck). I had looked as a couple local places to me here in KY but hadn't made any decision because all they offered was crew neck unless you brought in your own purchase shirt. So I posted on social media about wanting this and a bunch of friends (in and out of WI and KY) that said they wanted one too. A friend, who does graphic design, offered to help with the design and hooked me up with all the information for Mountain Promotions. They had almost too many choice for cut of shirt, but I was able to find the style we wanted in unisex and woman's, got all the order information together and placed the initial order for a full estimate, which matched what was expected. After a hiccup on the invoice, which was easily corrected before they did any printing, everything was printed and shipped speedily. They were very accommodating with shipping, they were able to ship the shirts to each person on my order as we were scattered instead of shipping everything to me to then ship again to a bunch of other places. I don't know if this was a typical customer experience or not as a friend of mine hooked me up with Mountain Promotions, but all around they were very professional, polite, and delivered a quality product in a timely manner.
