But I'd rather by heroin for a heroin addict than a nicotine delivery system for a nicotine addict...but I broke the vaporizer or whatever you call it. So this is where he shops and he says he's spent a lot of money here and they treat him well. I was uncomfortable upon entry, I felt I was in a store full of drug dealers, and I'm sure I was stereotyping and yet I'm not sure I was wrong. The first man I talked to wasn't very helpful, apparently a customer of the customers as well as a worker here if you catch my drift. I was looking around not understanding what most of the different apparati did or was and another more helpful worker took me into a back room (more trepidation) and showed me a lot of maybe similar devices to the one I broke but I just couldn't be sure. When he told me the price of $100 I balked. There were no prices on anything and I suspected this was one of those places like back in Sri Lanka where lengthy bargaining and bartering was expected and they don't sell gift certificates. I decided I'd go back to my nicotine addict friend for more information and I'm still not sure what I'm going to do, but so far my experience with Puff N Up has been "A-OK," as I did like the sense of adventure and intrigue. First off, the gentleman that helped us out was really nice and really knowledgeable. He explained that most if not all of their stock is hand made by local glass artists. Second, they have a lot of really beautiful pieces that you might even buy just to smoke tobacco out of (probably not the intended use), and their durable too. He even tossed a few onto the concrete floor to prove it. Plus, they have a few great noveltyish artsy pieces too (check out the hammer). Also, they have some really nice one-of-a-kind glass wine stoppers too, and some other non-smoking handmade glass stuff as well. They also offer the occasional class on glass bead-making, and they may have a class on glassblowing too. Even if you're not big on the use of herbal supplements, so to speak, this place is pretty cool to check out for beautiful hand-blown and hand-shaped glass.

Wonderful store, furthermore the story of how I came across it was wonderful. We were in Milwaukee looking for glass. Originally we had stopped at a competing store within a block or two of the Dark Arts store. (Forgot name of other store, but Dark Arts actually helps stock them, and they are overpriced.) The manager, to me and my friends utter amazement saw us waiting for the store to open. In a wonderful twist of fate he offered us a ride to his store, insisting they were cheaper and had a wonderful business going. Of course I hopped in! These people were obviously not some creep in milwaukee looking for someone to mug. We got to the store, saw some amazing artwork in the store, amazing glass pieces locally made. If you're reading this review and wondering if it's worth it, IT IS. VISIT! They even have a referral program, you refer a customer to them and have them mention your name you get percentages off your next purchase! Isn't that neat or what!?!? The…read morestore itself is small but they have a great selection of products and staff who were more than willing to help me pick something out to try. The two guys who were there that day were very friendly and made sure that what I got would give me the best experience and their advice paid off, the product was great. It was also great value. I got a two pack of gummies and it came out to five dollars and some change, which was way less than I was expecting. Overall, 9/10, a great place to come if you're into this stuff.
