The place is owned by the little guy out back and the taller lady at the front. The female owner is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She will patiently listen to what you need and spend whatever time necessary looking up your parts and be sure to give you all your options, regardless if a $10 item or a $100 item. She is no pressure, and honest about any experiences they have had if you ask for her opinion. The husband is ok, you can tell he is busy, but he tries to listen and help you, and often refers you to his wife at the front counter for help. It is my understanding that he used to run the service dept at K&K Kawasaki in Vestal many years ago. When they first opened and I was looking for an inspection, he gave me crap about my taller than stock handlebars and even measured the height to the seat and told me I was over by a couple inches. Having had the handlebars on for over 15 years, I was about to tell him what I thought and leave, but he seemed to look past it, and kept looking the bike over, so I gave him a chance to prove he wasnt a dick. Glad I did. I had a problem with my horn and he let me fix it and kept on with the inspection. He passed it, but did look everything over. I have purchased tires, throttle cables, fuel additive, some gloves, etc... from them when stopping in. I recently called around for new tires again and their prices were as good as the best price I found online! They have been at their location now since probably 2007 or 2008 and I expect with their good part prices and the amount of service they do, they will be there for a long time to come. A welcome addition to Vestal. Stop by and give them a chance for your motorcycle and ATV needs. I am glad I did.

Bought a brand new 2026 Harley breakout at this dealership. After 4k miles it started leaking oil…read morefrom the primary. It wasn't much oil but enough to wet begin the primary chain case. I took the bike back to the dealership. They were nice to me but believe me that was all. They say they couldn't find any leak so they gave me back the bike. As soon as I rode the bike back to my house, there it was again oil behind the primary chain casein on a new bike. Brought it back but this time I took pictures. Again they were nice to me also my bike is under the warranty. 2 weeks after that they gave the bike. I rode it back home and checked for any leaks. I'm so disappointed of what I saw. The rear tire on the left side a saddlebag has oil all over the place and instead of wet oil behind the primary it was dripping a lot of oil also the ECM and ABS warning lights came on. Who ever worked on my bike made it 10 times worst. Now I have to bring the bike for the 3rd time to a different dealer in hope that they fix my NEW MOTOR CYCLE. He did a full inspection of my motorcycle and found a few issues with it that could have caused a real safety problem on the road. I had my motorcycle inspected by another company last year and they didn't find any of these issues and these problems had been developing over a long time so it should have been found last year. I will not be going back to the old company and I'm sticking with Dr Powersports because they are more detailed oriented, their prices are great, and they really care.
