It also have a covered area in case it's rainy and you want to celebrate something or have an event that will shield you from any rain They have a clean bathroom and honey buckets, and I like that they had trash counts around the park so there's no excuse to litter

I knew that I did check in on Yelp, however, it never registered as the address is listed with the country- Mexico. Whaaat??!! I attempted to submit an address correction/update, there was an issue with the address. Yelp flagged an address issue with the correct address?? I believe it's a system issue. Anyhoo back to the review. Took my first visit with Havanna (grandfur doggie) here on 6/15/25. This is a really nice park. There's a playground and swings for children. There's wetlands preservation in the center of the park area that is fenced off. There's an array of plants, trees and beautiful flowers that were in full bloom. I had to take pictures of a lot of them as I was enjoyed my walk and so did Havanna. I see why this park was so expensive. They really did an awesome job. There's a some benches around. The trails are not all paved , some are dirt trails. Public restrooms are available. Ample parking space. Poop bags available. Lots of room and space for kids and pets to run around. No off leash for pets. The lawn is manicured and the park is well maintained. I didn't go through one of the trails as it was getting too hot for me. LOL! I'll have to return again another time. This park was such a pleasure to walk.

This park is suuuper close to my house and I've seen it popping in and out of the news - I guess the renovation of the entire park itself (not just the playground, obviously) clocked in at a whopping four million dollars - AND the new playground is all farm-themed, so I haaad to go. This park will absolutely be a staple for me and my kids this summer. There's a good amount of paved walking trail around the park, all railed off nicely by wooden posts. The bathrooms are completely new and clean. There is covered table space, and grills located throughout the park as well. The parking lot is huge and easy to navigate. It's just REALLY NICE. The farm-themed playground is obviously the huge draw. It's so dang cute. There's a smaller play structure on one side of the park that's designed as a little treehouse, and then the main playground is a big barn. There's multiple levels inside for kids to climb, multiple slides, and super cute touches all around (bales of fake hay to climb, "farm fresh eggs" signs, etc). To my son's delight, there's a good amount of swings here. There's two baby swings, a couple regular swings, and cool round swing large enough for kids to lay on, and then a two-person teeter totter style swing which I'm assuming is meant for a parent + child. I feel so fortunate to have this park located only a 12 minute drive away. We'll definitely be here for picnics + play a ton in the coming months!

Had it not been for that, I probably wouldn't have heard of this beautiful park. It's in a super random spot, easy to miss. There's a large parking lot with lots of lighting, so it feels pretty safe. When you're in the parking lot you can see a large bridge but not much else, so you don't really understand how large it is until you get past the bridge! There's a large playground with quite a few play structures - a larger one for older kids, a climbing area, and a smaller play structure for toddlers. Beyond the play structure, there's quite a bit of paved walking trail that loops around the park. Since this is a garden park, there's lots of flowers and stuff to look at while you're on the trail. There's covered picnic areas, as well as grills too! I thought this park was brand new with how well-manicured it is and how nice the playgrounds are, but it was actually built in 2018! If you're in the area this park is definitely worth the stop - especially if you have kids!

There's another trail by the name of Interurban Trail in Kent. Technically I'm not sure if it's considered all one trail or not. Perhaps it doesn't really matter as long as you enjoy them. For this reviewing experience I'm covering the south trail. I tried to find this trail once before and my GPS wanted to take me to the trail in Kent. After looking at the map and struggling to find it I moved on to some other trails to explore on. I used the AllTrails app on my second attempt to find this trail and it was so much easier to find going off of that map on the trail app. I took my electric scooter out for this trail and enjoyed it very much! The trail doesn't have a lot of steep hills or slopes so I got a fair amount of riding in rather than an abundance of walking! Scenery here isn't too bad. The trail goes through a wooded area the whole time you are on it but no unique or dramatic features along the way but being out here on this trail is still nice. Some tree roots make bumps in various parts of the trail so cyclists and people like me on scooters should probably be cautious of that. Nice trail for the Milton community!

There's a nice big open field which would be great for picnics, or in our case, bringing a big picnic blanket so my one year old can crawl around while my bigger kids play on the playground. There's two place structures, one intended for younger kids and one intended for older kids. There's also a couple of swings, but no baby swings. They also have a cool rock climbing wall as well as a separate playground area with bigger climbing rock structures. The only downside to this place is there are no real bathrooms, just a honey bucket and I'm not sure how often that is kept up. I've also noticed a lot of cars that come and go from this area without actually coming out, who just park in front of the playground, so that's just a safety thing to possibly note. Cute park for a quick stop, but there's definitely better in the area!

This is a very nice memorial. It's right next to Milton Community Park. There is a little walkway…read morethat leads up to the memorial wall. Just before you get to the wall there is a small water fountain with a memorial plaque. Then the wall itself is made all from brick, with each brick inscribed with one of our fallen troops. This memorial nestled on top of a hill that runs down into the park is a place to sit on the benches and comtemplate what someone is willing to give to protect his/her country. What I thought was also pretty cool is that there is an Arlington Oak, grown from an acorn from Arlington national cemetary and planted at the 11th hour of the 11 day of the 11 month of the 11th year of the 2nd milennium. It's just a short walk down the hill to the oak which is completely surrounded by a barred bird cage type apparatus for protection from vandals. Everything (the memorial and the oak) are on CCTV so smile you're on camera.

Even though the weather didn't agree with us, we still had an enjoyable time. We purchased our tickets online a few days ahead because you get a better price that way. Each ticket is good for two separate rides. We arrived just after 10 in the morning and it was grey and overcast. The sky was very cloudy and there was a foggy mist over the mountains. It was lovely but not the best weather for sight seeing. We went ahead and rode up the mountain and back and it was fun but as you can guess the views weren't great from the gondola. About half the ride it was just like being inside frosted glass and all we could see was grey. We stayed at the top for a while but the winds were to fierce for our pup so we headed back down and spent some time eating, shopping and enjoying the area. We were hoping the weather would clear up later in the afternoon. Unfortunately for us, Mother Nature had other plans and it was cool, foggy and totally overcast all day. I wasn't even really that disappointed though because it was just so beautiful being there. It was honestly my favorite kind of weather. On our second ride, we did try riding the famous "Green Gondola". We had seen other people waiting for it on our earlier ride and asked a staff member what it was all about. They said it was just a replacement gondola so it didn't match the others exactly and we kind of laughed at how silly it is but people love things that are unique. There was no line, so we gave it a go and I'm here to tell you that it didn't part the clouds and I haven't won the lottery since riding it :) Sorry to say it is just like the red ones. Even with the weather, we made a really nice day of it and if you haven't seen this area, I would definitely recommend giving the gondola a try. I think next time we will probably risk the higher prices at the gate to make sure the weather is cooperating for the ride.

I also didn't have a review for the place previously which over time kind of convinced myself I never came here before. Even after exploring around I didn't really remember anything from before. So regardless if this is my first time or a refresher visit I paid a visit here recently. There is no entrance fee but there is a suggested donation. The little shop here is cute! There are several different sectors to these botanical gardens. Probably my favorite was one area with a lot of plants in bloom. Another area was a bit more wild and took me to a suspension foot bridge. I went across the bridge twice but kind of got a touch of vertigo as it is kind of high and the bridge wobbles a little as you walk. It's perfectly safe... it's just me and having a fear of heights. There are pleasant and tranquil water features as you wonder around and there was one with a pond with koi that I got in a short video. These gardens are very nice to kind of "get lost" in as you bond with nature and hopefully have a bit of peace with your thoughts from everyday life at least for a little while.
