A great place for all things photography, simply take a relaxing peaceful walk on the paved trail painted with yellow flowers (so cute) to enjoy the scenic view of Mt Rainier. During the spring, you can witness the beautiful blooms of the flowers in the field. I've seen other Yelper's beautiful pictures. I missed this last spring due to my frequent travels out of state. I hope to capture it this spring. The park is well kept. A children's playground was recently completed last year 2025 I believe around October/November. Pet friendly. I bring my grandpups Havanna and Kuba here to enjoy as well. Potty bags and trash receptacles also available. Porta potty on site. There are benches throughout the park. A swinging bench located at mid section the loop which faces Mt Rainier. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the entire view of the park and Mt Rainier.

I wanted to wait until the hype died down a little bit - it still does have plenty of hype, but not too much at dusk in January. We took advantage of the rather warm, dry January day this week and headed to check out the playground after my kids were out of school. It's conveniently located right next to Farm 12, so there's plenty of parking in front of the park and next to the park. The playground is so much bigger than I expected! Huge! There are multiple play structures for a wide span of ages. My kids had a BLAST here. Even my toddler was able to get around pretty easily on the bigger structure (always anxiety inducing for me). My older two also really loved the rock climbing structures too. This park is about a 20 minute drive for us but it's entirely worth it. I see lots of trips here this summer happening!

People (all ages) think this is a dog park, despite the leash law signs posted. Watch your step, dog poop everywhere and there are numerous loose dogs throughout the park at any given time. Not only do we live 6 minutes away, but it's nestled next to the aquatic center so parking is a breeze. Since this is a newer spot, everything is pristine and modeled very well. The bathrooms are spacious and clean and a good spot to change your kids into dry clothes after they're done playing. The splash pad itself looked small at first, but it really is a good size and my kids spent THREEE HOURSSS here and were asking to stay when it was time to go. They had a BLAST! There is a good deal of covered umbrella tables with chairs, as well as a couple large picnic style tables. There is also a good amount of lush grass perfect for setting up blankets and towels. As a toddler mom, I also appreciate that this place is SUPER fenced. There is obviously a small opening at the entrance, but other than that you don't have to worry about them having easy access to the street at all. They have two cabanas that are rentable, and each one fits about 10 ish people. They are covered and have comfy seating. My kids had so much fun here that we decided to book both cabanas for my son's August birthday party. There is a refundable deposit attached, but the fee itself is $75 for the DAY to rent (11am-5pm). Definitely an affordable price tag if you're looking to come here with a guaranteed covered space for the day. They also have a small "splash snacks" walk-up counter that has things like light snacks, sunscreen, and slushies for sale. I would say the only thing I noticed that I'm surprised they didn't add was a water bottle refill station. You could of course just use tap water from the bathrooms, but if you're not a fan of that, plan to bring lots of extra water. I see lots of days at the splash pad in our future!

It's huge, clean, almost all the way fenced in, and plenty of different spray equipment to keep kids entertained for a long time. I was the only one here with my kid on a weekend morning (which is fine by me!) but do hope this wonderful splash pad gets a lot of use from the area kids and families.

The play…read morestructures were big and had a large variety of things, slides, climbing, spinning, ropes, etc. The one for the slightly older kids with the steepest slides had beans puke all over it (not sure how long it had been there), which was super gross, but the park service truck came while we were there and power hosed the thing down. Our toddlers had a great time climbing on the blocks, enjoying the slightly shorter and less steep toddler friendly slides, and the bucket swings.

Had it not been for that, I probably wouldn't have heard of this beautiful park. It's in a super random spot, easy to miss. There's a large parking lot with lots of lighting, so it feels pretty safe. When you're in the parking lot you can see a large bridge but not much else, so you don't really understand how large it is until you get past the bridge! There's a large playground with quite a few play structures - a larger one for older kids, a climbing area, and a smaller play structure for toddlers. Beyond the play structure, there's quite a bit of paved walking trail that loops around the park. Since this is a garden park, there's lots of flowers and stuff to look at while you're on the trail. There's covered picnic areas, as well as grills too! I thought this park was brand new with how well-manicured it is and how nice the playgrounds are, but it was actually built in 2018! If you're in the area this park is definitely worth the stop - especially if you have kids!

I like this trail particularly due to the trees , they provide a good amount of shade for my big dog. I've seen an owl that I caught a glimpse & it stayed without moving. Beware!!!!!!!! We parked in a lot off 70th in Fife. At this time there are no cameras in this lot.

The Milton Interurban Trail is a wonderful and little known resource in south King County. The…read moretrail begins in Fife and extends to Edgewood, but the most scenic portions of the trail are situated in Milton. There is plenty of parking at the trailhead located at the Milton Ballfields. The multi-use trail is about 10 feet in width and has plenty of topographic relief so it is great for walkers, runners, and bicyclists. You will see plenty of families with dogs as well.

The park itself is spacious and very well-maintained. There's the big playground, a splash pad (already turned on for the summer!), and the pavillion. If you've never gone to the market here (Saturdays 9am-2pm) you need to go. It's huge and Pioneer Park is the prettiest setting for it! My kids definitely love the playground but it does scare me. The structure here is SO HIGH. My toddler is a daredevil and loves to go to the top which terrifies me. They do have a smaller structure meant for toddlers that is great, but just note that if you have a child that is similar to mine, you might need to prepare for major anxiety. There is a good deal of parking nearby next to the library, but usually I get lucky with street parking not too far, too. I love the location of this park because it's so close to several coffee shops, an ice cream spot, and a few other delicious restaurants. Overall a great park to visit especially going into the summer.
