She called a few days prior to schedule her appointment for an annual physical. She has a pcp that she normally goes to but they were not answering their calls and she decided to try this office for a change. Salcedos office got her set up and on the day of her appointment after rooming and checking her vitals, the doctor came out and refused to see her. His reasoning being that she was a patient of Dr Morales and he couldn't see her because he would be "harming Dr Morales's business by stealing his patients". No one informed my mother of such a ridiculous policy and never have we heard of a doctor refusing to see a patient for fear of "harming a business". He didn't even offer an apology to my poor mother who drove 40 min for him to outright refuse to see her. This doctor and office are a joke. Avoid them for your sake. We will be reporting him to the medical board. These types of doctors don't deserve to be in business!

OMG! Since when do physicians become involved in personal matters and also judge their patients because they choose not to get vaccinated? Do we live in North Korea? Or perhaps China? The last time I checked we live in a free country where we get to pick our own health care plan and regimen and that it's a personal decision not to be judged by anyone! I had called to speak with the office manager and she was uncooperative, refused to listen and accept responsibility for her staffs actions and that of her doctor! She took her revenge and she decided to have the post office deliver a certified letter for me to sign and I never bothered to answer the door. Lmao!!! She's so rude and nasty! Her staff is particularly rude and ignorant and displayed it when I baked a homemade cake for the employees and not one person thanked me and the doctor pushed my cake to the side. Imagine that! I go to a physician to be treated for what ails me. I don't go to a doctor to be judged, scrutinized or treated poorly. If you complain it falls on deaf ears and is completely disregarded. A one sided narrative and an office who is harder to teach than the United States president! You just can't win! Unfortunately I cannot in good conscience recommend this particular doctor or this practice. I had put off this procedure for 5 years because of all the horror stories I had heard from others. The team was very understanding, proactive and the instructions were very clear. I appreciated all the text reminders too - that was extremely helpful!! I am so happy I followed Dr. Lotsu's instructions rather than the ones that were on the prep box or the various "tips" I read when googling this procedure. Dr. Lotsu and his team have made what is usually described as one of the most unpleasant screening procedures as professional and as "good" as it could possibly be. The procedure itself is definitely not pleasant - but I'm certain that developing and/or fighting cancer would be 1000x worse.... The most discomfort I felt was from having to go a day without eating and I was so freakin' hungry. The prep wasn't even bad - the taste was fine. The exorcism of the demons wasn't that bad either - I was expecting an intestinal terrorist attack, but it really wasn't horrible and it was over in an hour. Dr. Lotsu personally called me with the results later in the day and explained everything to me. He is very professional but also very personable. If I have anything un-positive to say or any suggestions for improvement, it would be that I expected to be 5 pounds lighter this morning, and the weight loss was only 1.4.... and that pillow was super comfortable - I could have slept for another hour or two. Maybe next time - ?

Last week I went to another doctor. She ordered a cat scan first thing. Turns out that I have a severe sinus infection... never mind that this was one of the things I suggested to Dr. Kissinger on my original visit, which she promptly dismissed. Gee, I wonder if it was as severe THREE months ago when Dr. Kissinger should have caught it to begin with!? If you want a quality, thorough doctor, try Dr. Anne Suh (also reviewed on yelp). My throat hurt like ****, and i felt like utter garbage. My clinic and internist were booked and i was due to get on a flight to Denver the following morning. Ugh. I googled and found Chicago Express Doctors. The doctor came in, gave me the strep culture which came back positive. He gave me an injection of antibiotics, which i had never had. He also gave me a steroid to decrease my swelling in my neck. He also gave me a Z-pack, sore throat rinse. I never had to leave the house! No runs to the pharmacy, no waiting in lines. I found him via my insurance pages search engine and he had the best reviews so of course I had to check him out. I showed up and everything went smoothly. Too many times you have to wait a while to be seen at a doctors office even with an appointment. My actual appointment with Dr. Correa was great. He is very personable and easy to get along with. My check up was pretty routine and I had to get my blood drawn at the end. I went straight to the room and they had me in and out overall pretty quick. I think my entire time spent in the office was 45 minutes or less. This is where things started to go south. They have their own portal where you receive the results from the blood test.
