He told me that the reason that the engine was extremely loud was because it was a HEMI. That was a lie. The Dodge Charger comes with dual mufflers. The second set of mufflers was missing and this resulted in the louder than normal sound. In addition to this, I was informed that the reason that the tire pressure sensor was activated was that there were after market tires on the vehicle. This was also a lie. Les Schwab replaced a sensor and the warning signal went away. In each case, I did not ask the question 'Why?'. The salesperson (Adonis) volunteered the information. But for the fact that he lied to me I would have given this business a 5 star rating.

Cohen was even worse, after declining my financing offer, he sent sarcastic messages like 'Missed out on a great deal' after changing the listing price. I understand negotiating is part of car sales, but acting immature and disrespectful toward potential customers is not how a dealership should operate. JD was the only one who didn't respond rudely. He just didn't respond at all. The Jeeps also seemed overpriced for the mileage and age, and any attempt to discuss pricing was met with ego instead of professionalism.

The trailer was in the process of being detailed. It was clean on the outside, but in bad shape on the inside. There was water damage in the bathroom. Fresh caulking everywhere. So we looked at another trailer that the salesman claimed they took in on a trade. There were dealership plates on the trailer and they were not theirs. Then the price was not realistic for the year. No matter what shape it was in. Salesman was a bit smug when he was caught in a lie. I took my cash and left. I've had my fill of wholesale lots.

Billie answered (I confirmed that I was speaking to Billie) but claimed that I had not communicated with him and that it must have been his son. I asked for his son's phone number but he refused. He told me that he would pass my phone number to his son and that he would call right away. I waited and the call never came so I sent a message informing him/them that I was no longer interested in selling to him/them. Definitely not someone I'd recommend doing business with.
