I got all my locks rekeyed and it was quick and easy. For getting 5 locks done it was a great price compared to the other company's in my area. read more

They were QUICK, KIND, and had GOOD pricing! They were incredibly skilled at getting my key fob done amazing service.

They quickly figured out the issue and fixed it right away. I had the battery in my key fab changed out.

A family member specifically ordered an OEM Nissan remote. It was suppose to arrive in 3 to 5 business days and took 7 business days. They had to be reminded to cut the key in the remote. But the worst part, a generic aftermarket remote was provided, instead of the OEM part! Yes, it did function, but it absolutely was not what was discussed and paid for! Very shady business practice! NOT recommended! read more

There was a nice old gentleman, I'll give it that.....sounded very confident in what I needed done.....keying 3 car locks to work with an existing key and I had the key code. Sorry to say....a younger guy was there when I went to pick them up. His skills were so shorty, the "face rings" on my locks were all marred up, he claim my keys were too worn out to work properly.....but it turned out, he didn't cut the keys well, because his keys wouldn't turn the ignition lock. What a waste of my time and let's not forget the over pricing...$120 to key 3 car door locks to a key code?!? I wasn't born yesterday. Don't mind supporting local small business....but disgusted by crappy work. Don't raise your voice just to talk over me. Admit your screw up, and just redo it! Treat customers' property with some respect. It's not all about the money. read more

I arranged a house call to fix a balky door latch after I could not do the repairs myself. Instead of grousing about my amateur work, the tech salvaged all the parts required from my attempt and had the door fixed in minutes! The bill for all this was generously low. read more

Great customer service, been here before and I'll be back. They fixed my sliding glass door cylinder lock. They took time out of their day and made my lock work again at no charge. Thank you, you guys are awesome!! read more

If could give 100 stars that would be what I choose. I needed a switch blade key for my car and had gotten price quotes from the dealership at over 400.00 plus a 90.00 key programming fee. They also had to order my fob and appointments were over a week out AFTER my key would have gotten delivered. We did a walk in at Milo's to price check after we had gotten no less than 10 recommendations from neighbors and friends. Milo's price point was not only 1/3 of the dealers price AND they had the key fob on hand. I was in and out, new key in hand in less than a half hour. Thank you Milo's!!! read more

We have used Milo's several times and they never disappoint. I needed a second key to my new used Expedition which the Ford dealer wanted almost $500 for. Milo's got it for around $200 and had it programmed in under 30 minutes. Great folks and good, solid work. Highly recommended. read more

Small shop, nice enough guy at the counter. Needed a key cut for a 2010 Hyundai Sonata. He had a blank and proceeded to cut the key. Was cheaper than what others were asking but within days of leaving the key is a hit and miss proposition. Usually works in the door, though difficult, often won't work in the ignition. I haven't gone back to see if they could fix it, my wife has the other key and I'm going through chemo- radiation for a bout with cancer and haven't had the time to go back. read more

Good local shop, got my Yamaha motorcycle key copied and worked like a charm. I was quoted much less than what I got charged at the store because I was bringing bringing my own key. But I guess I don't mind it to support a local business. read more

I highly recommend Milo's! They saved me 100s over going to a dealership and found the cheapest way to get me going! Quick service and really nice people! read more

Walked in had my problem solved in an instant. I am mad I didn't come here 4 years ago when I first needed a special Skeleton key. The guy (Milo?) didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Will be back here first instead of running around town. Small shop with a few parking spots in front, I passed it by once. read more

My Lexus key broke into 2 pieces. This place made me a new one in less than 5 minutes and saved the day. Thank you again.

Five stars isn't enough, how about TEN stars! Isaiah was on time, courtesy and friendly. He replaced my mailbox lock and programmed a key fob for our car all in under 30 minutes. Would I recommend Milo's to friends and family... you betcha! Thanks for coming out short notice and helping us out. read more

What a great shop! Was recommended to by a friend and they couldn't have been more helpful and honest. We had to get a new key programmed and cut for our car and they took care of it within minutes. The dealers wanted $300+ for 1 new key. Milos took care of it for a fraction of that. We are very happy with our new keys and the services provided. read more

Our only set of car keys were lost. We were stranded and locked out, with no spare key. A Milo's technician drove out strait away. There was no nonsense, no confusion. Just fast and satisfying service. We paid exactly what we expected to pay and we were back in our vehicle before lunch time. Moreover, there was an issue with our hood latch and a Milo technician went out of his way to fix it for us. We experienced above and beyond service from Milo's Locksmith. Put their number in your phone and save it jic you find yourself in this situation. You'll be glad you did! read more

I found Milo's to be fast and professional. They helped us out promptly when we lost our lone mailbox key. It wasn't a cheap mistake but hey, stupidity can be expensive. read more

best place to get keys made. I took him 2 pieces of a key that broke and he made me a usable key. then I took him an aftermarket automobile chipped key for my used truck and he made a key that worked with no problems. the dealer said they couldn't make a key because the computer wouldn't talk to the chip in the key. he was even cheaper than dealer. read more

Just tried to call for service estimate. No one answered the call, and the voicemail message said it's not a working voicemail and ended the call. Not really sure if this is a legit service or not. read more

Called to have them remove and replace a locked door knob I didn't have a key for. They set me up for a same day appointment. 45 minutes before our appointment time they cancelled and rescheduled for what they said was their first job of the day for the following day. I don't live at the house, so I showed up at the scheduled time and got a call 25 minutes after to say that their other job was running late and gave me no ETA on when they would show up. I thought I was the first appointment of the day..... read more

my wife lost her keys to our 2011 subaru so we needed a replacement. milo's replaced and re-coded for 1/2 the price the dealer quoted. when my wife found her keys they re-coded that one and included the price for that in the original price of the new key. they took care of us with no waiting [except for ordering the new key], were polite, and professional. i would recommend milo's for any key need. read more

Best old school locksmith around. Re-keyed my door locks in 90 minute. Friendly and great service. Good price÷ A+

Took my deadbolt in since the key was tough to engage. I was worried I would shear off a tooth of the key. He took a quick look and squirted some wd40 and all was good. Could have sold me a new lock, but fixed my simple problem. If I ever have a "real" lock problem this is the place to go. read more

Locked myself out of my car today, called milo's and was given a quote and told they'd be there as soon as they could. 40 minutes later they were there and 5 minutes after that I was in my car. These people are so unprofessional!! I called yesterday to set an appointment to make a key for a 93 Cadillac and the guy that answered the phone quoted me and told me they would be at the house where I have my car at by 10am. I call at 11am to see where the tech is and they have no idea about my appointment nor do they want to help me make the keys! This is the worst inexperienced people I've ever worked with! They should really school they're employees on what keys they want to make and what they don't! Thank you for wasting my time!!! read more

just had a rekey on my hotrod - still delivering - thanks Milo!

The locksmith arrived early. He was professional and polite. He rekeyed 6 locks in under 20 minutes. Even threw in some recommendations on how to reset my garage openers/keypad. Not sure if pricing was good since nobody else would answer their phones to offer a quote. read more

Absolutely rude. I called this number through relay services. I'm hard of hearing & it keeps hang up. Its absolutely rude.

Our church had Milo's do a massive job of re-keying all the doors in school, church, office and parish center. They helped simplify our key system, were quick and efficient and have come back a few times to fix problems that we created by changing our minds after the locks were all in place. Nathan did a good job for us and has been very available for followup. read more

Excellent service-- professional, personable, knowledgable, expert, made the whole job look easy and knew precisely how to trouble shoot what I could not do myself for lack of experience. Nathan provided my residential service, and I would recommend him. I felt the cost of my service was reasonable and I am a happy customer. read more
