I locked my keys in the trunk of my BMW M2 the car was not recognizing that the keys were close by so everything would not turn on or the car would not start. The only thing that would turn on was the Hazard and front lights. I had two other locksmiths come by and they were unable to get the trunk to unlock. I called numerous other locksmith that told me that they were unable to operate on M series. BMW dealership would charge me $550 for a brand-new key (3 business days to arrive). I called Red Panda as my last resort and the technician was awesome! Took about 2-4 minutes and he was able to pop the trunk open immediately; I was very surprised! I had Red Panda create a duplicate car key for me and although it didn't work the first time around the technician and owners were honest and made sure that I was completely satisfied. The technician was honest and even refunded me my part of my payment since it didn't fully operate the first time around. The even contacted me to make sure I was satisfied vs me trying to contacting them. Their communication is solid. I can't say about value as I don't know what others are charging but I can say they are honest and fair and they make sure you are fully satisfied.
