This was next to our hotel. It is well worth the trip to stop in for lunch or dinner. This place reminds me of places you went as a family when I was little. Amazing service. I cannot say enough about the server. Both nights we were here it was the same lovely lady with exceptional skills. You know when a restaurant tries too hard and has a million things on the menu? That always foreshadows bad things (unless it's say a chinese restaurant than that's just normal). Anyways, we stopped into Milos for a bite to eat after a fun day of snowboarding. We came on a Saturday evening and the place was somewhat busy. Our waitress was very sweet and quick to bring us our drinks (teas, coffee and water) right away. After that, not that it was her fault, they took forever to bring out our food. Kitchen was SO slow. Didn't know it was that hard too make salads... For food, this is what we ordered although I only tried two of them: - Chicken caesar salad ($13.50) - 2x Cajun caesar salad ($13.50) - the cajun chicken was good. Not much cajun or spice too it but it was cooked well. The caesar salad had too much dressing on it for my tastes. - Chicken fettucini alfredo ($18.50) - shared this with my buddy and it was probably the blandest fettucini alfredo I've ever had. No flavour at all. Almost reminded me of Michelino's...you know the ones you get out of the box. Yikes. - Lasagna ($16) - Cheeseburger ($12) - somehow my buddy's burger came without any cheese on it... Menu had a ton of greek options but they were super expensive ($20-30 price range). Definitely overpriced and based on the food that we ate, I would not want to spend that much on their food. I like how they had all the sports games on (watched some Raonic/Bouchard doubles tennis) but they need to condense the menu and focus on doing a couple of dishes well. Or figure out their identity. I don't know if I was lucky but my experience here was actually pretty good. I went there in june 2017. It was close to the hotel I was staying at so it was really convenient. We were there early so the restaurant was not full. The waitress was friendly and polite. As well as useful in giving advice. The food option were good and so was the taste. Ate here because it was close to our hotel and it was recommended by our hotel staff. I had chicken souvlaki and my wife had chicken parm. Both dishes were well prepared and quite good. No complaints and I couldn't finish all my plate - lots of food. Got a discount with the hotel room key and a complimentary brew with a hotel coupon. Overall we had a good dinner and no complaints. The food at Milos tasted great! Especially the Greek food. Wouldn't recommend the salad though; the leaves were starting to go bad and we ended up notifying the waiter. Turns out they had just run out of lettuce. In the end, the chef was nice enough to take the salad off the bill entirely. However, this is not the place to go if you're pressed for time. Milos was extremely understaffed - but quite busy as well, at least when we went. After we sat down, there only seemed to be two waiters in the entire restaurant, and we had to wait over half an hour for our food to arrive. The food was average price - not cheap, but not more expensive than anything else around the area. The portion sizes are pretty big and are sure to keep you full for a while. I had the Triple A grade Alberta 14 oz T-bone steak dinner for $29.95. It was an A grade minute streak at best it was full of Sinue and hardly worth the effort of cutting through it. I I had really high expectations of the "steakhouse" name. I won't make that mistake again. However, the shrimp appetizer was good. My wife was so so impressed about her chicken Parmesan thingy. It's a hunk of chicken breast covered in meat sauce and cloaked in cheese. On the plus side the waitresses are hot and look real good in tight short skirts. Maybe they should focus more on that and forget the "steakhouse" name. If I could offer advice from a Red Seal Chef...spend the money on actual quality cuts and tweak the recipes...spaghetti meat sauce is not Parmigiana sauce!!!!! What a shit show - here with my 6 year old son and they show us a Kid's menu listing Cheese Deluxe, Chicken Fingers, Spaghetti with meat sauce and a Hamburger as the Kids choices plus 2 or 3 others. For $6.95 each. We get charged for $12.00 for his kids pizza and upon inquiring we're told cheese deluxe is a hamburger, not a pizza. Looks like someone without a good grasp of English wrote the menu. Overall food pretty average, beer was good and service experience poor. read more

Came here for dinner after visiting the hot springs Should have gone anywhere else. The service was super slow. It took a while for us to be seated.The tables that came in after us got their food first and the food was blah. The calamari starter was good. We ordered the lamb and chicken souvlaki. We asked for extra sauce and an extra skewer of chicken. The extra piece of chicken was $16 (at that price we should have ordered the special which was about the freaken same and it would have been nice for the heads up on how much it cost but we should have asked too) The rice Was soggy, the salad was made with core pieces of lettuce and full of huge chunks of onions. The meat was dry and tasteless. Our friend ordered the fettuccine, which needed extra sauce. Got charged for extra sauce- there was no taste to it. The first few times my boyfriend and I went there it was actually quite good. But the Last time we decided to go there it was just a disaster. First thing was that we were waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes. Not exactly a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Once we were finally seated we noticed a disgusting residue from someone's nose (boogers) smeared across the menu. It was appalling. After notifying the staff of the menu mishap we ordered our food and everything seemed to be okay from there. Once our food arrived we started to dig in. After a few bites of the carbonara I noticed a small black bug in the pasta. (You could see its legs and wings YUCK!) we called our waitress over to show her our discovery and she had no problem not charging us for the pasta.
