Long tables and offices. Couches, a huge case of stairs for you to sit and study on in the middle of one huge room, and Stauf's downstairs. Very cool! Would love to come back here for another event!

The Idea Foundry defines itself as a community of makers, designed to help you explore new ideas and unleash your passion to make things. It is a place for creative people to gather, work on their projects, bounce ideas off of and support others. They also offer a multitude of classes to the community. We decided to sign up for "Woodshop Orientation A: Table Saw, Miter Saw, Jointer & Planer" in the hopes that it would help us with our first home project. The cost is $90 per person for non members. Yes, you can become a member but I'm not going to get into all that info in this review. If you want more info on that, check out their website. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, our class was given a mini tour of the foundry. Then we went into the workshop that they utilize as their classroom. There was one instructor for our small class of 9 people. I appreciated that the class was small. I also enjoyed the instructors vast knowledge and concern for woodshop safety. In fact, maybe the class should have been named Woodshop Safety 101. We went through the class with one piece of wood, starting by making a cut with the miter saw, and working out way through the use of each tool. By the end of the class we had a perfectly cut and planed smaller piece of wood. Ultimately what I think I got from this class was the confidence to use machinery such as the table saw and miter saw on my own. The class gave me a real chance in my adult years to use these tools and I hope that will be helpful for me in the future.

It's a smaller warehouse than 400 W Rich, but still worth seeing. Lots of rooms and hallways. You can peak into different artistic expressions such as photography, paintings, drawings, and all sorts of things. The art is expensive but they've got more talent than I do! It's free to visit! There are a few parking lots right by it, as well as street parking. Totally coming again!

Rich rebranding as 400 Square which now encompasses 400 West Rich, Strongwater Events, Chromedge, The Photo Lab at Chromedge Studios & The Vanderelli Room. As this was our first time there, we took our time to explore each of the studios that were open & the beautiful pieces within. The artists, or a representative for the artist, were on hand to assist visitors as well as share information about their art & inspiration. There is definitely variety to be found, something for everyone indeed. With this new formation, those visiting any of the aforementioned spaces can use the large parking lot on the corner of Rich St. In the event that that is full, I saw plenty of street parking in the area. Hours for the artist's studios do vary, but I strongly recommend attending their events such as Welcome Wednesdays (every 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month) & Franklinton Fridays (2nd Fridays monthly) where you can see upwards of 150 local artists & their beautiful work. I am curious to also check out the 400 Market & Urban Scrawl events in the future! There are live demos, open studios, tours, shops, and more!

Our company leased space here at the WeWork Office Space & Coworking at 800 N High Street. The office is located just outside of downtown Columbus (walking distance) in the Short North Arts District. No clue on the cost or individual pricing but I have been in a few times the last two months and loving the space. Parking is available on the street at the meters (3 hour max via app), or you can park in a parking garage for a fee as well. Inside WeWorks you enter on the first floor and take the elevator up to the second floor reception. I personally have only been on floors 3 & 4. There is access to hot desks, meeting rooms, private phone booth work stations and much more. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi, a Wellness/Meditation room, and a Mother's room as well as nice restrooms and immaculate shared space. There is a also a nice community coffee and Espresso bar too with shared kitchen space. It's a great space and I can see myself using it at least a few times a month. Only downside I see so far is parking cost.

I only visited the main floor with the kitchen and front desk, but there are two other floors with more seating and privacy booths for meetings. The location is great, lots of restaurants to walk to and seems pretty safe. This WeWork had cold brew and kombucha on tap, which is similar to other WeWorks I've been to. Something different that I really enjoyed were the freebie face masks and DIY lip scrubs! Super awesome. Note that the hours on the app say 9am-5pm but the hours posted on the actual building is 8am-5pm. I arrived at 8:45am and the door was open with plenty of people inside
