After completing a photo shoot, I had to repeatedly reach out just to receive what was promised.--no deadlines were met, and communication was almost nonexistent. Even after finally getting some of the photos, I'm still waiting, two weeks later, for any updates on the second set. Every time I've reached out, it's been one excuse after another--family emergencies, life issues, etc. I understand life happens, but the lack of professionalism and respect for my time is unacceptable. I will not be using this photographer again, and I do not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliability and quality.

I booked the appointment with Angela after talking to her. This was to be a surprise for my hubby for his 50th birthday!! She made sure to direct me for perfect "model" poses. One of the poses was in a mirror and I had to ask if it was a funny mirror like they put in fitting rooms to make you look thin. She laughed and said nope, it's a regular mirror. I absolutely loved my session and the images! I finally saw myself as others do! I'm sexy and strong and beautiful. Angela helped me see that about myself! Particularly since I don't particularly like having my photograph taken. I know Megan from six months or so ago when my firm got the bright idea of redoing all our professional photography. "Candid photos", as if a photographer stalking you from six feet away with a huge telephoto lens while you attempt to get work done results in a more "natural" photograph of you. That being said, Megan is the kind of photographer you want if you have to put up with that sort of thing. She's friendly, down-to-earth, cheery and affable, and has a way of putting you at ease and getting you to relax. I'm sure she would be great with those of you who actually want your photograph taken, as well. What pushed me to write this review is based on how Chris managed his interaction with the headshot photo shoot. The lack of integrity in how he manages his business left me feeling super jaded and defeated after our session. It's important that other clients/customers are aware of his practices prior to trying out a shoot with Chris. What really got me is when he refused to redo them or offer a refund for the shots. You will think that if a client/customer hates their headshot that much, you will naturally want to work with them, give that the images/portraits/photos are a reflection of your work!! He didn't use a reflector and wasn't willing to work with me on the angles to make the pictures look professional. From the beginning, I was super specific about what I was looking for. I needed professional headshots for my webpage, hired Chris to do them, he sent the pictures back within an hour, and I was really disappointed in the images. My whole team agreed that the portrait headshots turned out terrible. The only pro: He's communicative, and responds right away. I will give him that. Attached the images to reflect the quality of the work. Finding someone else who can redo the Headshots that I need. Please be mindful and caution when working with him.
