Once again, I called ahead of time, and they said my…read moremedication was going to be ready the following day- I changed my entire schedule around, went to pick up my prescription the following day (today), as the internet also said that it was, "in process," meaning they are in the middle of filling said prescription... I arrive at the pharmacy, which is out of my way, on top of having to change my schedule around (because my time isn't as important as everyone else's obviously), & now the pharmacist made sure the staff knew to tell me that I cannot pick it up until tomorrow. Now I'm out of my medication & the pharmacist refuses to call my doctor to verify with him, and my entire schedule and plans are now not going to be fulfilled. This is an ongoing issue. This cvs apparently has had so much turnover and I finally see what (whom) the issue truly is. She just makes her own rules- no one is right but her: not the client, or the internet, or her own staff, or even my doctor!! I'd laugh if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with this every single month, perpetually.

I bought some oatmeal peanut butter filled cookies as a gift for a friend, they also had LIQUID IV Sleep, multiplier, (ca blueberry, and lavender flavored melatonin) to drink powder. To speed things up at the pharmacy counter my favorite drugstore has installed touch-screen kiosks that check you in and send the staff scurrying after your pills and potions. So far, no problem. However, for an enterprise that has aspirations to be the nations dominant health provider, the kiosks are filthy beyond belief. I've seen more hygiene displayed in the Penn Station men's room at 11pm after an AC/DC concert or... at the Wuhan Lab for that matter. Lucky for me, CVS has a greeting card aisle so I can send myself a Get Well Soon card. Yikes. One filthy star.

I was polite at all points in a telephone conversation, trying to understand what she was saying as she spoke in 'medical code' which is difficult for me to understand as someone who has moved from he UK. Despite doing through all the details on their automated systems and on their answer machine service, I was 'barked at' requesting the same information immediately and interrupted repeatedly as I tried to explain. Communication has been non-proactive and I have been left without important medication. I stated she was speaking to me very rudely and I was just trying to understand, and things improved slightly. But this was a very sad and discouraging experience. I will be looking to move my pharmacy. There is no need to be rude ever--and especially not to someone who is being polite and kind and needing help (and who has been pingponged back and forth for 10 days over a required medication). This is very sad.

I had a bad experience this morning at about 9.54 am 5/6/24 I called from out of state to verify if they had Symbiotic colostrum vitamins. I wanted it sent to me or ready to pick it up once I get to NJ. The Lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude . I kept telling her and explaining she keep saying she doesn't have high cholesterol medication. I went further to explain it's a vitamin but she was too impatient and cut the call . I called back and tried to explain what I wanted and told her it's not cholesterol medication .She absolutely told me she cut the previous call because she didn't want to hear my complain again. OMG! I was absolutely stunned that she cut the previous call on purpose. I asked for the pharmacist . She said she was the pharmacist and slammed the phone a second time. This could definitely will be heartbreaking for a person who thinks they can get some sympathy from a pharmacist but ends up receiving such treatment.If this attitude is not addressed Future Pharmacy is definitely going to lose many customers.

This is truly the best pharmacy I have ever been to in the Tri-State area and beyond. Once you go to a local pharmacy, you will never go back to your run-of-the-mill chains. The pharmacists know me by name and it's one of the best places to shop for your health. If you are looking for natural alternatives to synthetic drugs, look no further. I can talk to the pharmacist, who is like a textbook on integrative medicine. Huge selection of vitamins and supplements at much lower prices than I bought online. I sort of want to keep the secret all to myself, because I have never looked better after the stuff I get here. But I'm a Yelper, so there you go. Just trust me.

With the lack of a grocery store in Old City, the smart thing to do would be to expand those sections. But I can usually find what I'm looking for here. And the pharmacy rarely has a wait. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon. We had to wait an additional hour to get the prescription filled. I called the corporate number and was told the prescription would be ready at 1:15 pm...but that was a lie! I was basically told the same thing...to make the minor wait longer to get the electronic prescription filled. They can care less about your loved ones/children they only care about their loved ones. The worst pharmacy ever. The prescriptions are sent electronically 2 hours in advance and still not ready. FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY! The West Windsor location is even worse!!!! Before the pandemic this pharmacy was good now they make you wait 3 hours for a basic medication.
