Although unfortunately two months ago I went and got a bacon egg and cheese which was advertised as "fresh" it costed me a pretty penny for a bacon egg and cheese but I was hungry and ignored that. That same ignorance didn't make me realize the food was EXPIRED... Although to be fair it is not my fault. Because I immediately went outside and it always smells like gas/burnt rubber outside so I suspected it was that. It was not. It was the bacon egg and cheese which had mold and other dingy dirty things inside of it. I immediately spit it out puked, washed my mouth when I arrived home and even had to go to the hospital! I would sue if I could but unfortunately I am only 15 years old and choose not to waste my time and money. But the LEAST I could do is leave a review and warn others. This place used to be genuine selling great knockoff snacks and drinks with zero tax until unfortunately they "bossed up". Which made them raise their prices drastically, including terrible tax, and "increasing the quality" of everything. Which clearly was not the case in the slightest. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who is around the area. And putting into consideration all the expired food and warm drinks they sell one can imagine what are inside the medicines they sell...

This is now the third time I've had an issue with her demeanor and lack of professionalism. When you walk into the pharmacy, she is never welcoming--no "hello," no acknowledgment, nothing. Most recently, I walked to the pharmacy in the cold while dealing with severe body aches due to lupus, urgently needing my medication. I had just activated my new Medicaid insurance through Horizon, confirmed that it was active as of December 1st, and was assured by Horizon that everything was in good standing. However, the pharmacist immediately claimed my insurance was terminated, refused to investigate further, and spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone. When I asked if I could transfer my prescription elsewhere to get relief faster, she curtly told me the pharmacy was closing and I couldn't do anything until tomorrow. This left me in extreme pain with no solution--and it's not the first time I've experienced this level of indifference from her. I understand that mistakes and technical issues happen, but the lack of empathy, effort, and basic courtesy shown by this pharmacist is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior because patients, especially those in pain or dealing with chronic illnesses, deserve better care and support.
