Easy parking (it's a parking lot) and immediate seating (place was pretty empty since we came here around 3p on a Sunday). We were all excited to come here and at first glance of the menu it looked pretty promising. We ordered a few appetizers and a couple of pizzas (coal and wood) to share. This is the part where I don't even know where to begin on how disgusting the food is. The only "ok" food we ate was the salads but, I wouldn't even come here for the salads again. There was absolutely no difference to both of their wood burning vs. coal burning pizzas. You would think that being this establishment is mainly pizza heavy based that their pizzas are all pretty solid and speaks for themselves. The pizzas were sloppy, soggy, and tasted like some of the ingredient were spoiled. The clam pizza we got had sand in it and def didn't not taste fresh. 99 cents pizza in BK/Manhattan is wayyy better than this place. I'd rather eat at the mini Pizza Hut stand inside Target than come here again. I cannot stress enough about the Chargrilled Oysters...oh my JESUS!! It tasted and looked like it has been microwaved and it's tasted off-putting. I wouldn't even come back here if I got a free coupon meal. No intention of visiting here again. Friday night I was very excited about going to try this restaurant. We were a party of 3 and seated right away by the door around 7:30pm. We immediately noticed the nice decor, the comfortable atmosphere, the cleanliness and bustling staff. The menu was unique but missing some basic appetizers and options. Our server, Krystal B. was a friendly young lady who was helpful explaining the various type of pizzas on the menu. That was about it. She took our order but our pizzas were served one at a time. The last one didn't come for a long time and we had to inquire about the order... when she finally brought it we were told the first one didn't come out right so they remade it. It would have been appreciated if that was explained to us beforehand so it just seemed like a textbook excuse rather than the truth. She then asked if she could get us anything else and I requested cheese and salt and pepper (which were not on the tables). My pizza got cold while I waited, once again she had to be reminded. That further convinced me the excuse earlier about the pizza was a lie and she just forgot. When we expressed our disappointment we asked if we would be given consideration for the inconvenience. Krystal said she would ask her manager. They covered the one glass of wine that was ordered. Oh, don't let me forget the bugs flying around our food bc they didn't close the door... While we were waiting for the salt and pepper we heard another guest have to remind the owner, who she knew by name, for dressing they requested. He brought the dressing out in a small plastic "to go" cup rather than in a real service piece. The cheese I requested was brought to us in a small glass cup that held about 2 tablespoons of cheese for 3 people. After this experience it was very apparent this establishment doesn't care about the customer's convenience and consider hospitality to be shaking hands with select guests to appear impressive...that everything is based on the appearance of quality service but is, in fact, extremely limited. Excellent location. Sadly this restaurant won't be a place I would good to again. The food is a little mediocre, nothing special. We order their meatball because that what they're known for, thinking it would be out of the world but in reality it's something anyone can make at home. The center was a bit cold; maybe it was made earlier in the day and reheated when order are placed. The pizza is very delicious but sadly it was nothing special... The pizza looked very appealing and delicious but the taste was bad. I realized at 8:30 "prime time" for restaurant this place was fairly empty. That day we were the only table being served there. This location is great, they have a large parking lot but the food is just so disappointed. The lemonade and iced tea I was expecting it to be homemade but sadly it was bottles. I was so sad when the staff brought over a bottle of lemonade and ice. The staff here is great, super friendly but this place isn't really that great, if you're speciality is meatball you should really focus on making your meatball very delicious and something unique, also they severed it with a lot of sauce but NO bread... Today my husband and I went to Millies. The place is clean and the food is delicious! My one and only problem was, our male server was always too busy scratching his head, sticking his fingers in his ear and one female long black hair pulled into a ponytail was busy twirling her ponytail around her hands. GROSS! It really skeaved me out! And then they are touching plates and food. The silverware was filthy and so I had to clean it off. Another group at another table had to do the same. Was excited to try Millie's because of all the reviews I had seen on Facebook. We had dinner there on Sunday at 7:30PM. There were a handful of tables full. We ordered the coal vodka pie, chargrilled oysters and marinara baked ziti. The pie was good -- very tasty as were the oysters. The ziti came out with vodka sauce instead of marinara. The waitress offered to replace it but we didn't want to cause a fuss or have to wait so we kept it. Around 8:20PM, in the middle of our meal, we felt like we were getting the boot. They kept offering to box up our food. We asked the waitress when they were closing and she said 10?! We kept asking for waters -- they never came. Despite feeling rushed by the staff, the waitress offered dessert. We were told that they were out of two of the items and that the espresso/coffee maker was down. I tried to order a chocolate martini off the cocktail menu and was told that the bartender left for the night at 8:45PM...they close at 10?! We ordered two desserts for the four of us only to find out they were out of one of them... We got the check and saw we were charged extra for the vodka ziti because it was vodka sauce and not marinara. We were surprised because that was the waitress' error -- but whatever we paid it because it was a dollar. Overall -- pizza and oysters were good. Ziti was just ok as were the desserts. Service was terrible. Staff seemed more interested in their cell phones and closing up rather than actually serving people there. read more

I've been here twice and forgot to write my review so I'm back again that must mean something. Dining in on a Saturday evening about 630 was crowded inside but my husband and I were seated right away by the owner. I started off with a white sangria which was brought over in a huge glass I certainly enjoyed it. We ordered the arugula salad first which was huge and had a very interesting raspberry dressing layered on it, feta cheese, apples, cranberry's, along with prosciutto wrapped breadsticks. We then ordered meatballs in regular sauce and meatballs in vodka sauce. Sooooooo good! The vodka sauce was unbelievable we ordered a vodka pie too! They offer coal fired and wood fired we decided on coal fire. The taste of the dough and the fresh mozzarella paired together perfectly this is not your ordinary Staten Island pizza. Very similar to pizza served in Italy I can't say more on how impressed we were. Last but not least there is always room for dessert nutella stuffed pizza! Once again that amazing dough stuffed with Nutella and cannoli cream on top it really doesn't get any better than that. After we ate the owners business partner came over to talk to us about his restaurant and to ask our opinion on the place. Which was very kind of him and shows great business. Wonderful dining experience. Ordered the eggplant parm pizza, cooked in the coal oven. Fantastic. All quality ingredients! The mozzarella was fresh, the eggplant thin, tender & not at all bitter. The sauce was AMAZING. San Marzano tomatoes and the dough was light. The coal fired oven really brought all the flavors together. It is my preference and gives the food a unique flavor from days gone by. They also have a wood burning oven if you prefer. The small pizza easily feeds 2-3. My mom and I went out last night in search of a high quality, traditional Italian meal - and found just that at Millie's, a new-ish spot in a quiet corner of the Bricktown mall. Their meatballs were phenomenal and their traditional pie is absolutely delicious. Also, points for a mozzarella starter app that is one of the best I've tasted outside of Fiores in Hoboken. I ordered meatball parm in vodka sauce. They were large and in charge. I followed up with a prosciutto & homemade mozzarella sandwich... this thing was amazing. Last was dessert. Bread pudding. One of the best pizza places on SI. Better than Campania's. Fresh mozzarella and oysters are incredible. Potato pizza is the best! Clam pizza is really good, but leave off the onions. Staff is friendly, and the manager even came over and talked to us for a while. Definitely need to go back and try different pies. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. Still need to try the meatballs. Place was quite the 3-4 times we went. Really hope business picks up when the movie theatre opens. They need another good business to draw more people to that lot. Place is designed and decorated really nice. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into it. Outdoor dining is a nice touch. read more

First time here. Overall good experience. My waitress was Elisabeth who was very pleasant and welcoming as she greeted us. I loved the decor, place was clean and thefood was flavorful and hot. I only wish that there was something such as pasta to go along with the meal selections. When I eat sausage and peppers, I definitely want something to GO WITH it.
